  • 👩🏻‍🍳 Seafood and green onion pancakes are perfect for seafood lovers like myself. This is one of the most popular foods for festivals in Korea. The awesome taste comes from the different kinds of seafood and green onions, which are fried into a nicely golden-brown crispy pancake. Some people pour the egg on top of the pancake before frying it, but I prefer my egg in the batter. If you increase the salt a little more, you might not need dipping sauce. However, we usually use soy dipping sauce. Try this delicious food someday.

Just got back from a trip with my friends to see a concert. We found a Korean restaurant near our hotel we were staying at. All I can say is, it is the most interesting and incredible food I have ever tasted. I had 떡볶이 for a starter, those rice cakes are so filling and a lot chewier than I expected. Tasted amazing! For my main I had 닭갈비, even more rice cakes! But it tasted so very good. Also had some Rice Punch (식혜 I think) to drink! 맛있었어요!

Try to add some of korean frying mix in your batter.. use cold water for your batter.. make the pancake thin...and use generous oil.. and press the pancake occasionally..these tips can help to make crispy pancake.. ^^ try for your korean pancakes.. but this seafood pancake is not that crispy one ..the pancake suppose to be that way.
