- It's Sunday paper time again!! LA Times and OC Register are read today.... Requested ... and I love reading the Sunday paper, so it was my pleasure!! Threw in a Saturday one too. Unfortunately I'm on the road and forgot my tripod when I packed ...so... had to film it at the desk...Silent as per the usual, but no critters snoring in the background tonight!! I hope it is relaxing and you enjoy...!!! Thank you for watching!
What I love about your videos is it doesn't feel forced. Doesn't feel like you are just rattling a paper to make noise. I hate that. You make it sound and feel natural which is perfect. Thank you.

Agreed...just wish there were more newspaper readers out there instead of cell phones lately...ahhh..I miss the good ol' days of the printed word. :)

Your video was the only one that reminded me of my childhood. It was me after waking up I would go and cuddle in dad's arm and fall asleep again while he was reading the morning paper. I thought it would put me to sleep but it just brought tears to my eyes. Thank you. I miss the simpler times.

Sunday newspapers were such a ritual every week with my parents...they will forever remind me of them as well.....(I would take the comics, finish with those and usually close my eyes on the living room floor, listening to the pages turn as they read every section of the paper...) Times...so even though I despise the Las Vegas Review Journal, I bought it tonight and am going to try my best to do it tomorrow... I am dead tired tonight and would fall asleep and wake up with drool stuck to the paper, and that would not make a pretty picture at all... ;) I am going to do another video that I think many of us pageturner people will love...it's a huge trigger for me or at least it used to be... so gonna stop there because ...it's a surprise ...hoping I win the bid for the item on Ebay tonight...fingers crossed !!! Not sure how I missed this but ..no ... you aren't alone... I thought the same until about 3 years ago... I'm spoiled now being able to turn on a video instead of hoping when I take the train or at the coffee shop someone is reading next to me to get my local "fix"... wasn't ignoring you, just missed the comment..my apologies!
I thought so to. I didn't even know it's got a name until very recently. Have felt like a complete wierdo most of my life because of these amazing intense tingling sensations I get from certain sounds. Thanks for a great video. :)

I very much agree and I would much rather lay in bed reading the paper instead of sitting up...I just couldn't get the angle right without a proper tripod....however I was bound and determined to #1 read the paper #2 upload this overdue request :) ... as long as they aren't becoming too redundant I will upload more..with a tripod and me slacking in bed :) Thank you again for your sweet compliments!

tearing up the LA Dog Trainer Opinion section! I've listened to this maybe 50 times and I finally paid attention to that noise..BRAVO! Was it the Scalia obit that prompted that? I also loved the comment on Sheldon Adelson in the other video. ASMR with a conscience!
I find it sad somewhat that this is a thing of the past now... our generation will just flick through their phones . Only people you see reading a paper los of times are old now. Thanks for the vid very tingly, I know it’s old now please make another

How was the Sunday times to read. Any articles stand out in any way. Would be nice to have you share your thoughts, Ideas and opinions on what you read. Ask us as viewers if were keeping on the current events. engage in conversation with us. Aside form you and one other RUclipsr who does Wall Street Journal Videos. I am just in heaven watching you. Wondering what your reading. I mean I love seeing a women holding the paper reading it with the sounds. 1 big request would be having you read the Sunday paper to us on Cam. Not really a whisper but not really normal tone. Love to have you take us through the paper as you read it. That makes total great tingles and Asmr. I am just throwing ideas out there. Any other Subscribers or Fans like these ideas.
+Bubble smith Hi there Bubble, LOL not sure if that is a good idea, I am pretty opinionated when I read the paper..might not be relaxing ..for anyone involved... ;) If you notice I threw away one whole section towards the end..it was opinionated drivel.. hate when they try to sway the news instead of just report it... :)
You have to turn the pages softly! Do you know rhe concept of asmr?
Kelly Knight I have several page-turning videos many are different because I get different requests for different styles. no one's ASMR is right or wrong- it's all individual.. ASMR triggers are different for everyone.. your ASMR may not appeal to other people and vice versa. That's why there how many people making many different kinds of ASMR videos. I'm sure there's one out there that is more suited to your style.. I would like to add sometimes it's nicer just to move on and click to another video instead of appearing rude or ignorant. No one is forcing you to watch a video. There are many ASMR Styles I don't care for but I don't find it necessary to denigrate someone else's video because it doesn't appeal to me.
Kelly Knight..One other thing.. ive had ASMR for 40+ years so yeah I'm pretty sure I know the concept of ASMR considering I had it even before it had a name..or yes.. even before ASMR videos AND you tube existed.. ... Mk?

I think what she meant (by the title of the video) is that this video is of reading the news paper (to herself) and page turning. Not reading out loud, thus the video is silent and no talking. I hope this helps.
