I just realized, that Eleven says _"He's_ a-comin'." when normally the Doctor doesn't know what their next face will be. Of course, having been male for every face from Hartnell to Smith helps, but he also _heard_ Twelve's voice earlier.
@@benjamindavis4974 Not to me, personally. Capaldi felt like an old Scottish man going nuts. Matt's actually felt like a quirky Alien, who didn't look strong but delivered a powerful message.
If anyone wonders why 13's personality is the way hers is. All you need to do is watch Capaldi's regeneration. She was everything he asked for her to be. And it was beautifully so.

I think some of it is because the music was shortened or altered for the performance. The bit right before 10 regenerates noticeably had a few measures cut for the concert.
This kinda drives home the point that Jodie didn't get a "Doctor Speech". There were a few moments where I was sure it would happen... Then nothing. She's great! The writing was abysmal.
Great video! I really dislike the high pitched “vale vale vale” in the new one before David would normally regenerate. It sounds horrible and completely wrong

Capaldi is by far my favourite regenerations in the show. The way he did it in one take completely establishes how he is the GOAT
