Wukong's staff Ruyi jingu bang is also called Dinghai Shenzhen, which was used to stabilize oceans.
It's unbreakable tbh. Even as he had his ass handed to him by Buddha, there's no scratch to that staff
That thing is he win from the dragon kingdom underwater. He's looking for a weapon there. Dragons suggested That stuff is used to measure the ocean. It's super big stuff originally and wu Kong make it as small as a tiny stick that could fit inside era.
Enemies:Claws,Fangs .....
Monke:Hold my BAMBOO!
Ah I know you meant well..but I really like Ruyi Jigubang. Its like sentient being but not too obvious like Talking Sword. And Its not even a weapon. Its a Gigantic Pillar that one day decided to shrink and became staff. I really like it.
Imagine smacking a dragon in the mouth with a pole so hard that it rears back in shock and disbelief. And even better, you're a martial arts master monkey man, and your pole has magical elongation.
This game goes hard.
I remember like 5 years ago when i saw this game, doesn't hit as hard now because I've played some amazing games that have insane combat and graphics.
Where are those games? Because so far they all been the same.
@@atomic747not that this game does anything new
@@haurg7418 Still being somewhat different though with it being told about sun wukong and I think only other game that did something journey to the west was Enslaved.
@@atomic747 88% of the people who bought it are chinese, we in the west don't really care that much about sun wukong, It's also being over-praised cuz of the anti-woke thing... It's a good action videogame with rpg elements like any other of the same genre out there, i don't see anything special or different.
Gave that overgrown lizard a headache for ages😂
The man who directed the scene to be in the game trailer is a freaking genius. 💢💢💢
It's said that dragons entrust the strongest bon in their body to the dragons' temple residing under the sea. The staff is one such bone of an ancient dragon that was part of the eight ancient dragon bones standing as pillars for the Ancient dragons temple.
what wukong is doing is like fighters doing ultimate combo. B->A-> left->right->B
Well actually Wukong's stick isn't really a stick, Its actually a pillar from a building in-bedded with lots strong black iron and other stuff added inside of it. So he found it interesting and legit changed it size, so he can extend it or do anything he wants with it. If he leaves it alone it will revert back to its original size which is about a 20 foot tall pillar.
Edit: Yeah they call it the power pole in English, which as everyone known it as Son Goku using it from dragon ball which was based on Sun Wukong himself. But yeah its not a stick its just a pillar.
this looks so fucking cool, and what looks like he had to perform a combo command to do the pole extension, WHICH MADE IT EVEN COOLER cuz it gave me the vibe of the old kung fu movies where theyd perform a kata before the unique technique happens. the filter also adds to it.
Wukongs power is his business acumen.
Can't wait 😊 I'm a Wu Kong fan. From 1980 . The monkey magic series 👍🇦🇺
That music raw asf reminds of the old kung fu films
When this is nominated for game of the year, the flute guy in the orchestra is going to go super-saiyan like he did for Xenoblade 3 in 2022 and Spider-Man 2 in 2023
Hurry up and release, been waiting over 5 years
This year August it is!
@@clatzeo cant wait!
it is 6 years in development
Whoever on the dev team choreographed this sequence deserves a ton of credit.
Hope this game inspires people and studios to make more games about different mythologies, instead of it always being greek and norse mythologies
Mark the date August 20 on yo calendar, we be eating this shit up.
Just what gaming needed.
