This house has one of the most popular floor plans you will see in the industry! The manufacturer for this house is Athens Park. The model for this home is the "Daisy Mae." YEAH!!! They got the kitchen right. No kitchen sink or stovetop in/on the island.
The kitchen sink under the window PERFECT!!!! I didn't see a pantry
I like that the kitchen is not the first thing you see when you go in the front door.

Storage is so important. And I love a big kitchen! It's the heart of the home.
As a northerner, I am so excited to see where you went! This house is my favorite floorplan. The only thing that makes it better is a porch on the end. I do challenge the designer by asking y’all to inagine the dark teak cabinets with a cooler color wall in the gray tones.
I would prefer royal blue.
Love the use of that dark jade green with the beige taupe colors/antique gold. Makes the rooms pop!

Hi Chance Glad you had a safe trip and enjoyed it. This farm house is sharp looking. I like the white siding and all the windows. The porch is especially nice with the two entrances. The living area is very nice. I like the built ins and the dining area with the surrounding windows. The kitchen is very nice with the entrance way. And again the windows. The bedrooms are good size as in all Pratt homes. The master bedroom is huge and the master closet is also spacious. I like the barn doors to the master bath. Lots of cabinet space also and a large linen closet. The tiled shower is very nice also. Thank you again for a great tour. I am looking forward to next weeks homes from your trip north. I love everything about this home. It's like my perfect home except for 1 thing and that would be for a gas stove. I dislike electric stoves but other then that it's perfect. Just perfect.

I wasn't crazy about the green for the built ins, etc. But after awhile it grew on me and I don't think I'd change it. This is phenominal and seems more like a house that was actually constructed on sight. Just love it.

I really love this home!!! The windows and the colors. Just gorgeous. If I changed anything, it would be putting pocket doors in the bedroom closets for easier access, and square sinks.
Absolutely love the porch and floorplan. The interior color palette was so striking as well (I think this made one of my top 20's). Can't wait to see what you have for us from 'up North' 🤣. I love that there is some color in this home. The master bathroom is perfect. It has my favorite tile in the master shower.
I've seen this home before and I like it pretty much as is but there are a few changes I'd make. First off, the color of those cabinets would have to go!! I would prefer a darker Brown or even Black to that. Next, the doors for me would need to be changed to some that were more secure although the ones there are very nice. It would need a wood capable fireplace where the TV was sitting which I'm sure would be an option they would do. I like the Master suite and bath except the tub would have to go and the shower moved into it's place. Open the wall up to the water closet area and MAYBE there would be room for a walk in tub between the toilet and shower. It took a lot of words to put it together but really not many changes compared to some homes I have weighed in on. Good video Chance, keep up the good work!!!
I'm with you on that green having to go! I'm also not fond of that tub in the master bath - I would prefer a larger shower with a seat. The master closet needs to be a bit larger also. I would need a pantry also. Maybe enclose some of that porch from the dining area? I have an upright freezer and a extra fridge, so would need space for those.
I’m not a fan of white cabinets , I love to see wood grain . And need a place for an upright freezer .
This home is a great starter home. Love the fact all bedrooms are on the same side. The kitchen and dining area is wonderful love the black appliances.Master is a great size.Love the teal green in the island.
Really? I love when the master bedroom when it’s off by itself. Different strokes for different folks.

Wow! Just a couple of minor tweaks for perfection! Wider porch, move front door, bigger utility and open up master wc to get natural light. I really really really like this. Thanks Chance, you do a magnificent job. Love and blessings 💐💐

This is my favorite layout for floor plans by all the manufacturers. I would like to see a triple wide with this floor plan, still just 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, just much larger, would like a coat closet near door with a foyer, a 1/2bath and a stone fireplace in living room, price really high just 2 years ago it was sold from 104,000 to 139,000
This is one of my favorites. We are shopping around and the main things I look for is preferably no carpet, nice size shower and the location of the doors to the outside. I love the white with black trimming on the outside, looks sharp. The kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space. Maybe someday....🙂

I fell in love with this home the first time I seen it, I was lucky enough to tour it in person a couple of years ago.
How much did it cost then? I love this house and now that I'm ready to buy it's marked up 70k from where it was when I toured. 😔😔

This is really a good one! The master bath was great, and I love the kitchen and the laundry room (except for it not having a sink)! The price was even less than I thought it was going to be! I hope those homes you're looking at are in Idaho and Montana I'd like to see what you come up with there, you'll be given Nate's mobile home tours some competition!

I love that bathtub, you can clean around it and clean it easily. The ones that are built in I hate because you know mice are going to get in under there. Why don’t they put in a handheld kit with the shower as that’s a must for me. Everything else was simply wonderful. If I had 195,000 and land and upgrades I’d buy it. 👍🖖✌️☺️

Only thing I noticed that I wish they had was a front entry closet. There didn't seem to be ANYPLACE, closet wise, where you'd be able to hang up coats & jackets. Especially if you had guests over. 👎
A lot of modular homes seem to miss this important closet. Not sure why. I know space is tight.
That closet is not needed in Arizona 🙃

This is one of my top 5 favorites homes! The only thing I don’t care for (in a lot of these homes) is the laundry right next to the kitchen.😳 I’d put this home on on a full basement so the laundry and all the mechanicals are downstairs and wah -lah now I have a pantry!😁
