This house jams so much in such a small amount of square footage, and can be built as a manufactured or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Kit Custom Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Pinehurst 2502." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,280 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Beautiful home. The kitchen is set up perfect! (The turny thing in the kitchen cabinet is called a Lazy-Susan. Love them for corner cupboards) Love the layout!

I think this house is absolutely perfect. There is nothing about it I didn't love. It has enough cabinets for food and kitchen products, as well as those cabinets in the utility room. I think it's great!💜

This is a nice floor plan for a smaller home. Love the living room with the big windows. Kitchen is lovely with plenty of storage. Bedrooms are nice. more affordable for most if us.
This is a practical home. Really liked it. People don't need huge homes.

Totally agree- 2 ppl would drive each other crazy not enough room to spread out or feel like you have privacy. The design is nice just wish it was longer and had more storage
I like it Chance it would be wonderful for one person. Not enough storage. I think I'm addicted to your regular longer double-wides even though I know technically a single wide with 3 bedrooms 2 baths and spacious would still be what I really should invest in. There is nothing like your pantry dances whether it's midsize or large.
Love the earth tones, love the countertops, love the size of the home. For a single or married couple, this model is perfect! One of my favorites!!
The first thing that hits you about this home is that wonderful wide and high window, I'm in love with that. Small home but every inch worth the tour.

Never commented before, but that being said, we think that it would be beneficial for you to include what the huge segment of our society, the retired portion!
We are always in hopes that you would take the time to include two bedroom homes, smaller square footage, covered porches. This home was very nice, but too bad the third bedroom was square footage added to the living room or kitchen.

Like the floor plan in this home, love the pocket door....the spin cubboard in the kitchen is called a lazy susan. The could picture looking at the mountains out those living room windows ! This is a perfect home for a grandma to have her family for holidays, Christmas tree in front windows. I'd tile shower & change dining door to patio slider. Thank you chance for a smaller home.
Now THIS is something I could live in!!! I would make little tweaks, but I really like this one. I love the wood look and love my brown tones, but for some reason I'm not taken with the kitchen in this one. I would have to change the colour (easy peasy!!). I also don't like "bent" islands, but I understand why they have one in this. Yeah, I'm fussy and crazy. I own it!!! 😂
That's the first time I've seen a mirror like that in a manufactured home. Love the lights made in it, really cool! Contemporary for sure! Keep up the great work Chance! KIT makes some beautiful homes.

I think this size home is perfect for a couple who are downsizing. We've lived in a big 2 story for 20 some yrs and it's just way to big now that the kids are all grown.
I can say from experience that those corner cabinets with the plastic shelves are not useful. Anything tall, like cereal boxes, fall off all the time, anything too heavy makes the lazy Susan sag and crack. It also downsizes the amount of storage space that is actually in a corner cabinet. Thank you for the tour. The variety of homes you have always shown us is wonderful. So helpful.

This is an excellent home for a single person or small family. Like the layout and how bright this home is. Having some mobility issues myself it’s nice to see the ramp entrance and the wider door widths for wheel chair access.
I like the smaller homes. I think this would be perfect for (my) retirement. Its one fault is that bathroom door opening in on the person at the sink. I have lived with that for 22 years. Of course, it wouldn't matter for a single person. Maybe a pocket door there would be a solution. Thanks for another excellent tour, Chance.

Very nice home. Nothing too luxurious and reasonably priced. Not a wire rack in the house. There was some background noise and I was wondering if that was the air conditioning. Thanks again. Great job, as always!

An 8 drawer kitchen, that's more than I have. Good storage in the kitchen and utility room. I was surprised at the size of the master bath, I expected something a little bigger. Really like the floor plan and the big windows in the living room. :)
I too was shocked at the tiny sz of the master bathroom! It reminded me of the cramped bathroom someone might find in a tiny camper and not in a lovely home like this! I definitely would need a double sink & more counter space for starters in the master bath! I also would love to see a walk-in closet for myself & closet shown for my husband. Doing away with the smaller bedroom on opposite side of the house might bring in the desired extra rm needed. The bathroom was a big disappointment!!! I adored everything else though & that huge window in the living room, the open amazing kitchen with spectacular openness had me sold immediately! Love this overall design though! Chance, thank-you sincerely for bringing us all types of homes & designs to us all! You do such an incredible job & my sincere thanks! How is that sweet little boy of yours? Pleasantly surprised with this home. The rooms are a good size and so are the bathrooms. I love the kitchen with all the cabinets and counter space. Great starter home for a younger couple.

For those that are downsizing Everything, (including the idea that we MUST have a walk-in closet that could host a small country come to visit for the duration) this is perfect. I spent my life being house proud and maintaining STUFf. Now I want easy to keep and just enough so we can be comfortable and focus on each other.

PS - the utility entrance is brilliant. I have dogs, and being able to take muddy paws from an outdoor entrance DIRECTLY to a shower fitted with a detachable shower head?

It's darling. I'd like it for myself but also good for 2 people. Love the palatial window in the living room area. It really opens a small area up with the illusion of a bigger space. Very lovely and has plenty of room for personal touches and add ons and upgrades. Love the Utility Room AND the window treatment on the back door. I never saw anything like that so that was a treat. Wow...this is a nice home. Yes a bit smaller but great for 2 people. You missed the door from the main bath to the U-til-ty room. Love the window over the toilet in the masterbath.

I have viewed a good number of your mobile home shows and this is the best I have ever seen. This would be a perfect retirement home. This is the best floor plan and probably the most for the money I have seen. Being built and insulated for cooler climates.
hey there, i hope that you see this comment and know that i watch a lot of your videos. regardless of what the home has, the size, whatever the hell, you make it entertaining. sure this isnt what you expected to be doing, but you sure are good at it. i hope to see you progress even more, as it makes me genuinely happy to see you succeed in this. thank you for making some of my shit days good, and the good ones even better. to those who think the pantry dance is stupid - that “stupid” dance has probably saved my life. everytime i walk into my pantry that song is in my head and my feet are moving, regardless of how im feeling, its just a little something thats always made me smile .. sorry for this long comment, but seriously.. if you love doing this, keep on ! you have tons of people including me who are here watching no matter what :) thank you for these videos
This house is lovely and would fit nicely on a city lot, as it's not overly wide. It does have everything for a downsized/empty nester, or young family. The cabinets in the utility room would work as a pantry, although the number of cupboards in the kitchen mean that a huge pantry would be overkill.

Hi Chance Another great tour . Very attractive home. Love those front windows. Nice kitchen with the island that curves. I also like the flooring and dining area. The bedrooms, although smaller, are fine for someone who is looking for a smaller home. The main bedroom has a good size closet. The main bath has good storage. I thought the same thing! I would love a walk-in closet with more rm in on suite bathroom( two sinks & more rm there is needed for me)! Love this overall design of the huge windows in the living room and open kitchen with breakfast bar! Just love how open this all is! I would love front double French doors too( only other change I would make) for bet it would go beautifully with those gorgeous big front glass windows in the living room! The whole openness of the living rm/kitchen area just won me completely over! Thank-you Chance for showing us this amazing home( God Bless you!) & just wish some idea of prices were included! As a senior retired couple. The size of this house is perfect! Love the big windows. You seldom see that in smaller homes. Only missed a coat closet.
I currently live in a stick built that comes in at a bit over 1200sq ft. It has been a decent size. Hoping to size up though. We had up to four humans and you don't even want to know how many critters.
As for that Pantry Dance shirt, it so reminds me of the old DDR games. Those were so fun! I used to play with my son. 😊

This is a nice little home,nothing fancy but nice nontheless. Those front windows are gorgeous and it has a very homey vibe. The cabinet in the utility room could be used as a pantry. I give this one a thumbs up!

I like the smaller homes! I have a larger one looking to down size so the smaller homes are great!!
It would be too small for me to live in year-round, but it would make a fantastic second home/cabin.
I absolutely love the large windows! With better kitchen floor and cabinets you could really make this beautiful! This would be a perfect downsizing retirement home. Turn it into a 2 bedroom. I would take out the wall between the two bedrooms and make that a large master with bigger closet and bath. Then the old master can be a guest room/office. I’m about sold!

If the living room wall was moved forward by two feet, more space could be allocated to the master closet. I don't mind the corner shower, but a master needs at least two sinks.
Very beautiful!! Everything I would want for a Widow , who lives alone. Perfect ! 3 bedrooms + two baths. Beautiful front entry. I love it so much. Were are u located at? I live in Indiana. Just the right size for grandkids when they come over to visit. And a guest room for family to visit for the weekend. Great and big for a widow who needs a beautiful place to live. So beautiful!!!
