Paul, you the man for putting out a vid like this. A gym + stretching routine is the only way I'm still charging skate , snow and surf after 38 years in the game. My friends that didn't take care of themselves can barely walk anymore let alone be able to enjoy the board sports that make us whole. You only got 1 body, do it good and it will return the favor.

after not stretching for an extended amount of years it's super noticeable how much more hurt we can get especially in adult hood, good to see I do a lot of similar techniques
These videos are the best! 🙌 This is so similar to my routine, minus the cold plunge. Surprised you don't use something like the Therabody Wave Solo (small vibrating ball) for the bottom of your feet!

Yo I have those same Primitive sweatpants with the frogs but mine are in black. The left pocket seems sewn on backwards on them tho, not sure it it's supposed to be that way or not... Otherwise great sweatpants 😊
My Achilles hurts if I try and massage it. I wish it wouldn't hurt. I love skateboarding and it loves me.. but Achilles pain ain't no joke. Took away a huge part of my life.
Foam rolling is pseudo-scientific nonsense, same with using a massage thumper thing thinking it's doing anything other than making you feel good. Remember people, don't listen to someone who may be an expert in one field about anything other than their specific field of expertise x.x IE Paul is a skateboarder, not a physical therapist or orthopedic or has any medical or anatomical training whatsoever

I’m a truck driver and don’t get to be active as much as I’d like but I would definitely incorporate these routines into my day to day. Good shit Paul, keep it up brotha. Much love ❤

I also use the ball to roll my calves.. find those trigger points and man I'm so much happier and my ankles/achilles thank me..
