From the first time I saw Aly compete, I always liked her. I loved seeing her emotions when she competed at the Olympic trials and the Olympic Games and she knew she nailed a routine and was bringing home a medal.
To the boys who teased her and gave her a hard time about her arms, I would have loved to hear her or a friend of hers challenge them to an arm wrestling match, or a push up competition or a pull up competition to show how she was in fact stronger than them. They would probably shut up real quick.
