Can we just NOT with "clean" skincare? Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's safe. The dose makes the poison. It's all marketing. It means nothing.
@@banana_inpyjama But....it doesn't. "Clean" doesn't mean sustainable. "Natural" doesn't mean sustainable. Just as an example, vanilla bean crops and demand for "natural" vanilla flavor have jacked the price when artificial vanilla is literally chemically the same thing, more sustainable, better for the environment (because it doesn't have to be flown from a tropical location). Stop buying into the "clean" thing. It means nothing. There are no regulations around the use of the word. It is marketing, and it is fearmongering.
@@shaynaliz7740 more options? There are 1000 skincare companies or more right now, making the same thing Kristen is peddling. The fact that she promotes it as "clean" makes me 100% positive she has no business making skincare because just because something is "clean" or "natural" doesn't mean it's safe. Arsenic is natural. I'm pretty sure it's not safe to ingest.
@@larachristenson3165 I agree with you, many products are "clean washed." I always look at the ingredients, not just the labels. Maybe her products aren't as "clean" as I am hoping. My best bet is sticking with coconut or almond oil. I do think reform needs to happen in the US when it comes to our products. The EU has banned over 1000 chemicals in skin care. Most consumers blindly trust the label without looking deeper. I always avoid "natural flavor" and "fragrance" as they sneak nasty things in this way. I will be looking deeper into her products, but have yet had the time to do so. Have you?
The rude comments on here confuse me…

I remember she mentioned before that she's Italian?
What's Kristin's Hair, Eye, & Skin Color/Tone?

She looks old. Clearly her products are not working.
