For those who want her to slow down, I write the pattern while watching her video, them make one with her. Works great for me
I always do that too so I can better understand the pattern when I go back to it. Sometimes written patterns are confusing.
@@ginaramirez7154 To the top of your screen you will find 3 dots. Click on them and it gives you a choice to change the playback speed from 'normal' to slower. Works for me! This was a terrific "find" for these types of videos :-)

I was scrolling through the comments and I must say that I was quite disturbed by some of the comments left for you. I think they were rude, and very unnecessary. Why is it that people feel so entitled in life? You have created a FREE pattern that you have published on your blog, and have also taken YOUR TIME to create a great video for the world to see. That in itself is a wonderful thing, you are sharing your work not selling it. I can not believe how ungrateful people can be, they should be ashamed at themselves for leaving comments that were in any way a criticism of your FREE pattern or tutorial. I love this snowman so cute ! I did an extra step because I wanted a the hat to look a little more blended where the hat meets the snowman, so I slip stitched all the way around and then I single crocheted at the top where the white stitches are. I like it because you don’t see where you went into the white with the color…. But fun and easy snowman…..and girl you work fast! Lol
did you then go to step 15? step 14 was the single crochet right? i want to try what you did but am a little confused. you just added the slip stitch... do i have that correct? thx!

I had made one !!
I tried something a little different on the front and back post crochet stitches. The first round I did all fpsc then on the second round I did all bpsc. It gave the effect of the edge being turned up. It really looks great!
I have done similar as well as her original design, bit I have made a few where I slip stitched around in the hat color before starting the hat...this gives the impression of the hat actually being added rather than just crocheted on. I love the mixtures. I have even done a few in number 10 crochet thread and used glitter thread for the hat for tiny baubles which worked really well. Came back this year for doing some more for gifts.
