That is a much more straightforward way of resetting out of date PGP keys. i ended up messing with the pacman .conf file to get it working. i didn't know i could just get rid of that folder. also thank you for mentioning that i am one solitary space-forward-slash-enter from sending my operating system into oblivion, thanks!

Hi...it doesnt Work for me i get only unknown signature/corrupted and cant updating
try (sudo rm -rf /etc/pacman.d/gnupg && sudo pacman-key --init && sudo pacman-key --populate) i don't know why , but is working
