just want to pass on some info on the carnivore diet. I know these vegan diets are really popular know but please look into this and just file it back in the back of your mind. Carnivore diet is a all meat diet and a elimination diet which helps to heal the body. MANY are using this diet to heal depression. For men this diet also raises their testosterone and other hormones for good health. Vegan diets actually lower mens testosterone. Elimination diets have been around for 100+ years because they work tramendously to heal the body.
Im not trying to change your mind max just eat how you want but, just wanted to pass this on because you have mentioned that you suffered from depression. This all meat diet heals depression, anxiety and a whole bunch of other health issues QUICKLY.
Look up Revero = they have free info on this and lots of carnviore testimonies about this.. Look up yt ch Shawn Bakker, Nutrition with Judy (she was a vegan for 12 years ended up with depression and other issues her vids are excellent explaining why all meat helps the body), Dr Mindy Pelz, Steak and butter gal (she was a vegan for 6 years and was sick with depression switched to a carnivore diet and healed her body).
There is a transition time from other diets to carnivore. So look up the above where they explain this. This for you if you want to try would be best to rent a apartment or stay with friends because some people experience bowl changes the first/second week. But it's not a big deal but something that would be better in a home then camper van bathroom.
Seriously look into this Diet Max. It really does flood the body with a tremendous amout of vitamins/minerals.
So happy you & occy found this AMAZING camping spot and have good company to enjoy the peacefulness. What about Great whites in this area?? have you seen any? There is so much JOY in Occy's face when running on the beach. Warms my heart that he has the opportunity to live such a dream life. Wish every dog could have this kind of life. Take care.

Red Bluff 🥺🥺🥺 I left my heart there, I swear. Let me know if you find it 🙏🏼 My partner and I spent a week there as covid was unfolding during our big lap and then finally they asked us and the other couple staying there to leave, cutting us a week short of our intended stay and man, it’s left a hole in my heart for sure
