My brother passed away on December 8th and my mum followed on December 19th, palliated at home with me. Makes Christmas an interesting proposition this year. It is SO impressive to see blocks under the tires while you were working under the car. The rolling of the camper down the driveway, out across the street, and over a curb, not so much. 😂 It is always wise to learn from our mistakes, since all of us make them. Well done guys. 😊

Have to tell you how much I enjoy watching you and Occy!! You give such a realistic picture of van life and I have learned a lot about it. Lastly thank you for all you do to foster healthy mental health for others I know how important that is. Not only being a nurse but also becoming a widow at the age of 31 (my husband and I did get to have 8 wonderful years together), I was grateful for the knowledge I had and friends and family that helped me get through the grieving process. Can’t wait to see your new adventures in 2023.

I wish I could have what you have with your brother. Mine seems to hate me no matter what I do or how many times I've reached out. I even helped him build his garage. We are both carpenters. He followed me into the business which never bothered me, I was happy and thought finally, we could mend our relationship and work together but, once I brought him into my circle, before I knew it I was the outsider and he was moving up the ladder, so to speak. What you have is precious and I envy you. I wish you both all the best this world has to give with my whole heart.

What a nice Christmas gift. You made it look like such a quick install in 2.5 days....since we didnt see the step by step, it looks easy....lol. Im sure you hit snags but it was pretty quick regardless. From the video it looked like the biggest setback was Tom kicking over his beer...haha. I only started watching you over this last year. Those look like the flexible panels, they might upgrade to sturdier, longer lasting outdoor panels which actually are often lower cost. Sure sounds like a terrific system for them!!

Thank you for always keeping it real with the reminders to everyone to be kind to everyone because you never know who is struggling with Anxiety and Depression. I have been blessed with reminders that there are complete strangers out there pulling for better mental health for all whom struggle with these emotional set backs. I also struggle with these as well as some of my family members and have to make an effort to keep in touch with everyone to remind them that there is someone out there who cares deeply on how they are doing. I'm working with being ok to let others know I'm struggling too because I grew up always having to be the tough one that everyone else always leans on. What a nice Christmas gift. You made it look like such a quick install in 2.5 days....since we didnt see the step by step, it looks easy....lol. Im sure you hit snags but it was pretty quick regardless. From the video it looked like the biggest setback was Tom kicking over his beer...haha. I only started watching you over this last year. I enjoy your journeys, van builds, the scenery, the farm with your Dad, and your Mom joining you and Lee in Peru, but you make your videos so enjoyable and possitive. Those look like the flexible panels, they might upgrade to sturdier, longer lasting outdoor panels which actually are often lower cost. Sure sounds like a terrific system for them!!
Merry Christmas Max & Occy and a Happy New Year. Have enjoyed your videos since you were with Lee (miss her bright smile and gentle soul) and have continued to come along your adventures. Thank you for always keeping it real with the reminders to everyone to be kind to everyone because you never know who is struggling with Anxiety and Depression. I have been blessed with reminders that there are complete strangers out there pulling for better mental health for all whom struggle with these emotional set backs. I also struggle with these as well as some of my family members and have to make an effort to keep in touch with everyone to remind them that there is someone out there who cares deeply on how they are doing. I'm working with being ok to let others know I'm struggling too because I grew up always having to be the tough one that everyone else always leans on. I Thank YOU for always putting the reminder out there and sharing the beautiful journey your on. Sending vibes of Blessings and Love for your continued adventures on your journey with Occy.
