Behind the Charger and on the opposite side of the street is the Moorpark Train Station and its mulch-covered parking lot; ahead of the Charger at the light is the post office, and if you turn left there you can go to Ralph's and CVS, or on the other corner you can get some bomb Mexican food at El Pollo Corona. For a show that takes place on the east coast, a lot of filming is done in southern California.
this is kinda like the "scar" feature in the original mass effect not many used but it was still there xD as for what it was; was Kate's tat ever cleared up or did the director leave it linger?

I think Gibbs tricks her into confirming that it isn't a rose. I know the tactic has a name, but I don't know what it is. Kate trying to get Gibbs to admit he doesn't know feeds in to that idea.
At a party once a National Guard Soldier held me down and gave me a tattoo Mike Randleman E 3 now fixed with ESAR tattoo his unit was pissed pulling a SS Nazi move like that
