What do we mean when we say that all races and ethnicities are equal?

- It is taken as axiomatic today that all races are ‘equal’, but few people have any clear idea of what is actually meant by this apparently straightforward statement.

It means "give us all your ancestors work and vanish."
"Give us all your money!" - They have no understanding for the work our ancestors did.
The only thing equal about ethnicities is that they are human.They are not at all equal in their beliefs, cultures, caring qualities, tolerance, treatment of women and children. They could not possibly be more different and that is why they have their own lands and borders.
Some races evolve. Some do not.

There is a worrying trend in Britain where some races are becoming more equal with less merit, and others with more merit are becoming less equal.

Something's only ever an axiom when there's no good argument for it.
No such thing as “different but equal.” Equal means the same. It doesn’t have to be better than or worse than, but different is obvious. None of this can be fixed until Whte people see ourselves as unique and worthy of dignity and respect, and yes-gratitude for all we have done for the world. Different peoples, different instincts and values… and we deserve to have ours honored in our home countries.

Perhaps cynically, I take it to mean that any races resident in the UK, yet not part of the indigenous UK population, should be treated as equally superior to all those who are part of the indigenous UK population.

The way I see it is that we're all human, but we each have our own destinies to fulfil. Certain groups were in the stone age until Europeans found them, and we had no right to propel them forwards thousands of years. It may have been well intentioned, but in the end, it didn't help them and it certainly didn't help us.
I think that the best way would have been how uncontacted tribes are treated in the South American jungles. That is to say, leave them be, respect their right to remain where they are and don't interfere. Sadly, it's too late for that now.

A nation of _farmers_ is what we're *_supposed_* to be, however the costs of land, subsequent taxation and agricultural disincentives have utterly *RUINED* the possibility of Britain returning to its agricultural industrial mainstay - possibly even self sufficiency.
Thus far, such concerns with regards to car parking haven't (yet) become problematic where I live - I should point out actually, about a week ago, I did see a young Asian man leave his BMW occupying TWO parking spaces at the local supermarket.
Not as in - just slightly _over_ the line into the next space.
No. He was parked *dead center* in TWO spaces.
I saw him return to his car (which I highly doubt he earned doing much of anything ethical) with two young Asian women (who didn't appear to care either incidentally).
And there were MANY parking spaces available when I arrived.
Whenever seeing something such as that, I say nothing.
Not worth the risk of somebody maybe pulling out a knife or something nasty like that.

All over the world, there are religions, ideologies, and races which have prejudicial divisions within themselves. e.g. the caste system.
All races are equal in their inequalities because at the end of the day we are all mongrels, but like anything their are runts within that scope and some mongrels produce more runts than others.
Some go out of their way to ensure all they produce are runts because of their incestuous behaviours.
Which leads to a totally unequal situation where those that are runtless have to support more and more runts as time goes by until we have been runted to the extreme.
There comes a point at which the host body becomes ovewhelmed by parasites and just dies unless the host brushes off the parasites and recovers because of their innate abilities to ensure their survival.

There is a specific meaning in Christianity, that all people are judged equally in the sight of God who made them, rich and poor etc. The parable of Dives and Lazarus expands on this. But in the secular world, it's meaningless. In science, whatever parameter you measure human beings by, you'll find differences in the averages for different races. There are many possible parameters from height, weight, problem solving ability, running speed, longevity, fertility etc. I don't see how you can put all those together to get something meaningful to compare. All the races will be better then average at some things, and worse at others.
Carson McCullers wrote of a time in the Southern United States when the races were segregated and each had their own area of town to live in. She wrote that there was more gaiety and more violence in the Negro section than the white. At that time it was worth a Negro's life to move into a white section of town. If he did, his house would be bombed and he would be beaten. And yet, even still, they would attempt to move into white areas. There just seems to be an irresistible human impulse to push beyond boundaries and confinement.

I had to pause the video around 3 minutes because the Mexican civilization did not come from the north. The Aztecs did, but there had been a civilization for thousands of years, starting with the Olmecs and the Maya.

All humans should be accorded human rights under some form. The best of which seems to be the English common law. Beyond that, there is no evidence or expectation that all races are or should be deemed equal.
One exception of north over south is when the moors invaded Spain, but don't let that exception spoil the rule.
All people should have equal rights but don't ever assume that everybody has equal abilities or talents!

They all breathe the same air, need food and water. They normally have a family unit. It's not religion that says this but life itself.
It goes back to at least the 1960's when it became racist to point out any differences between races, such as the races separated from the connect world for tens of thousands of years have smaller craniums, saying we did not all originate from Africa was thought racist. Anthropologist Chris Stringer at the British museum held that view 20 odd years ago and though he has changed position slightly he still try's to wedge Africa into his theory's. He was also of the opinion that our group of humans and Neanderthals were totally separate species with little or no interbreeding. Disagreeing with him at the time was when I started to question the "experts".
If all races are equal it means the race with the smallest number of members is the greatest per capita.
Whilst the 'developed world' has further advanced, the 'undeveloped world' has remained dormant, despite having raw materials etc, at it's disposal.....why???

I judge according to the cut of one's jib, or at least according to their respective understanding of that phrase and I perplex many by engaging with my chosen pronoun 'one', as in "One understands the cut of your jib".
Just look at the state of the place they come from, its a reflection of their own collective consciousness
