Doves and pigeons are whats called "rooting" birds which means rather than having the parent stick its mouth in the baby bird's; it will reach into the parents mouth and eat. Having a syringe with no part that sticks out is best so it can stick its head in and eat.

Also when the chick is 3-4 days old I add small amounts of the baby parrot food but I only feed the whole baby parrot food when 7 days old. Keep the baby about 90 degrees Fahrenheit for the first 7 days

Plus if it had a good bond with you it will likely want to be around you. Jus t make sure there’s food and water around always and it may even create a family there someday

It's stayed outside for a few minutes look around then he flight away . Hopefully it will return to nest in the little house it will always have food and water but I hope it will do better where ever it's. Feel sad because I don't see it around the apartment it used to flight around but I'm very happy it's free.

Just feed it crushed adult dog food soaked in water with mashed bananas or whatever fruit you like but you can feed it small seeds if you want like millet or milo seeds

@@Techbrothers130 doves have milk (it's called crop milk) which both parents can make it in first few days of chick born and after that they will feed them digested seeds (until 1 month old)

If it's that old, it might be fledgling and learning to fly while living on the ground. Did you check to see if the parents were nearby?
