Good Morning Joe. If Josh fumbled like Burrow giving up a td or threw 2 picks like Mahomes did Josh would be trending on X and crucified in the national media
Man i aint gonna lie i was watching the Texans kicker nail 50 plus yard FGs with ease thinking man i wish we had that kicker...bc aint no way Bass hitting 59 yards with ease like that smh
Rasul Douglas must be a priority and keeping him on atleast 2 more seasons would be extremely important to keeping the other qbs limited. Especially in playoffs. We NEED Douglas. Idk what the Packers were thinking trading him. I appreciate it tho
At some point, when fans really understand how well the Bills source and develop players, we will STOP BEING SURPRISED when a backup player excels on the field...especially anyone in SEAN McDERMOTT'S back seven.
We are coming up a string of very good offenses, I am a little nervous about fielding a 2nd string defense but idk what could be done about it so I just hope they play like starters
They have been the last two games. Taron was out and cam stepped up, TB went out at the beginning as well. Everyone playing well together. And I feel like a lot of it is because of the front four keeping everything forward. As long as those guys keep the pressure up it helps the back. The extra time off this week will be huge for the guys. To get a nice recovery week to prep and hopefully see our crucial need players back sooners. They should be able to focus on recovery with less worry.
One of these weeks you should do a video on llayers Buffalo have cut/traded in the past and see how theyre doing now. I think it would show alot of people why Beane makes the descicions he makes since most the people that get mad about him making moves usually watch all of 1 football game a week if that
I liked Jordan Poyer a lot, a great safety, an all time Bill, but it’s clear he’s a step slower based upon James Cook’s long TD run. We are not better off without Poyer yet, but by the end of the season our starting safeties will be better than last year’s starters because of their speed and substantially less wear and tear on their bodies. It’s a shame that great players get old and injuries pile up. It’s part of football.
I think that the media loves to knock people off the mountain, I guarantee if mahomes has a multiple pick game this week then they are blasting him about it
Whether Von performs or not, i feel like just having him in the Locker room has been helpful for the D line as a whole. Now if he does perform, i just consider that a double dip/double win. Thats why I enjoy his new contract so much.
Hey Joe, looking at all of the performances by the AFC teams this week, do we have the unquestionable AFC Offensive and Defensive players of the week in Cool and Ingram?
Ideally Von stays and contributes significantly this and next year! Including deep into the playoffs! TBH, we all fell into the worst signing narrative! Except myself, as I thought the brace play and age at injury would take much longer. Let’s hope trajectories stay ⬆️
30:09 Well said Joe. Our next 3 or 4 games are going to be facing teams with former players on their rosters. And not just ANY players, these are captains. Highly decorated X Bills players.
Let me preface this by saying I am #1 fan of Baylon Spector. I thought both LB’s were soft against the run versus Miami. They did average over 4 YPC and Spector was getting caught up by the lead blocker. I think it was partially because the scheme was centered on pass D, but Baylon was just on his heels late until the run developed. It wasn’t until the 4th quarter that he cut loose and stuffed one or two.
Why are the Rams and Bills getting absolutely obliterated off the face of the earth with injuries? Did they do something that the other 30 teams didn’t cuz it seems it’s always the same f’ing story.
True but all that really matters is major injuries. We have some key players out, but only 1 major injury in Milano that matters. The other ones (Bernard and Johnson) could still hurt us during that tough 3 game road stretch though. Luckily both should be back for the Chiefs and 49ers games.
he could get drilled and not get injured at all, or he could grip over his own foot and tear an ACL lol. Let’s just hope the entire team stays healthy…. Already 3 top players injured it blows
The offense is functioning well, Coleman will get shots he’s just got to focus on making the play when his number gets called. The offense is not looking for a #1 target
@@DeepThinker-gc8nz I understand that. And I actually love that they are not hyper focused on one wr like Diggs. But I also think if this was the plan on offense that we could have better used that first pick of the draft. That’s all I’m saying. The linebacker core is decimated again and the safety duo is average at best
With every pick there is a time to look back and say we could have used this guy instead. I got a good feeling about Coleman, he saved the cardinals game for us and I think as he gets more and more comfortable he will be reliable for chunk yardage and first downs
There is no way the bill should be thinking about extending Douglas that would be even worse than the Von contract. He's 30 years old, he's a cornerback and elam is sitting behind him as a far more talented player waiting to get his shot.
Elam has been a running PI call his entire career so far, why do you think he doesn’t start? I like him for depth but he is a long shot from being ready to step into Douglas’s spot
@@DeepThinker-gc8nz I thought in this preseason he looks so much more confident at the Catchpoint and far more physical coming up to tackle. Then there's the stuff no one can disagree with that he is just a far superior and more fluid athlete than both Douglas and Benford.
He’s just a bit hands’y for the league, no one doubts his athleticism but if he turn a pass breakup into a PI call then he won’t be effective, interceptions are great but the key to being effective is preventing receptions

You’re not telling a lie. Go Bills 🔥💯
Absolutely 💯
Facts
The best players get scrutinized the most, that’s why Burrow can skate past it and Allen can’t.
So spot on, Mahomes is at 3 INTs and Allen 0 INTs. Should the narrative be “Does Mahomes have an interception problem??”
Congrats on 20000 subs Joe! Keep up the exceptional work.
“A Dog chasing Cars” is the best metaphor I have heard in years 😂😂

AJ Klein started working out and canceled all vacations for the playoof push 😂

Rasul's 30yo, we should save that money for guys like Rousseau and Benford.
Allen has less interceptions than mahomes so far this year
He has no interception
He does but he also has less superbowls. That's why he is talked about in the media and mahomes is not

Should Shaquille Darius Leonard be an option.... 4 x all pro and still younger than Milano...
He's not signed for a reason, never seemed to get back up to speed after the last injury
Just hope Spector can stay healthy until then.

Don’t all dads have a 9 volt battery in the junk drawer
I know it’s only week 2, and having watched all the teams play so far, no one really stood out as dominate. I have a good feeling this year !
