Well done, tks. One thing I would recommend is getting all the air bubbles out of the system before putting back on the radiator cap and to state this particular vehicle has an expansion tank (vs a radiator resevoir-not under pressure) that IS under pressure. Thanks again. Doing an 06 Sprinter w/ 330k miles on it. The horizontal seam of the expansion tank sprung a leak.

Great video. How long did the total replacement time take?

TY for the vid.. Do I need to go through all this to replace all the coolant hoses? Also, on the A/C cond coil, is it attached with rubber hoses or something? I definitely don't want to mess the AC up as its absolutely necessary in these vans. Thanks!

Done this 3 times now. I can recover and reuse coolant only losing 12 ounces.

What was wrong with the radiator? Did the plastic reservoir fail?

Great content. My Sprinter used Torx 45 &30. And if you remove bumper before draining, it’s easier to catch the fluid.
