If you’re replacing the drivers side door you’ll need to swap out the lock setting. All other door replacements shouldn’t require swapping out any door parts, just confirm that the lock and unlock settings are aligned before finalizing the replacement.
As a PPF installer this is great. Wish more people put out how to videos like this. Super in depth explanation and great quality.

Would these processes also work for an ES350 year 2011??
Most models have a similar process to remove door handles, if not I’m sure that it’s not too much of a difference.
