  • Minimalistic Method Feeder Setup !
On this session I will discuss how me and my dad would each approach a minimalistic method feeder set up with as little kit as possible. For easy transport but also maximum effectiveness.

Top of the Tube you Westy lad! My catches dropped from between 50 and 100 fish a session as Autumn drew in to about 6 max these last few weeks. However, I don't let the forecast dictate when I go, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them, all sellotaped together! 🙄 Tight Lines Brethren 😉🎣☕

Hope you are well Ian! Good to know it’s not just us, Really really tough winter. I know a few people who have done well on the odd day over the last couple weeks but not many. Tight lines and look after yourself 🎣👌🏻

I went minimalist few years ago . I got rid of anything bulky . I use a drennan specialist quiver bag that holds rod , net , umbrella and sticks and a shooting bucket seat that holds all my other stuff even food and flask . Makes fishing much more enjoyable for me .

Nice vid. I’m continually refining my kit to strike the right balance between taking the bare minimum/lightweight with comfort and speed to set up/pack away. Got my carp gear to where I want it, but when I have a ‘mixed day’ (float/feeder/carp) it is tricky! Tight lines!

Been looking for a long time on how to take less tackle and lo and behold you do this video, brilliant 😊😊, I usually need an artic to carry my stuff , the just in case syndrome 😂, ….. my catch rate always drops in winter , the fish where I fish seem to go on holiday from January to March 😂😂, brilliant video, made me rethink a few things , 🎣🎣
