Thanks for this tutorial on setting up the camera. It is quite helpful. If I choose to shoot in a non-log mode, will I lose the benefit of 422 10 bit video. I do not intend on grading the footage that I shoot, so if I’m not going to use C-log 3, will I be left with only the 420 8 bit option? For my purposes, i will rely mostly on the settings in the camera’s picture styles section. Generally speaking, I prefer footage that is sharp, saturated, and contrasty. Your help on this would be appreciated.
Absolutely correct. For your case I would customize one of the picture profiles. Add some saturation and contrast into that profile till the image looks how you want it to. Cheers!
Say I'm shooting an event and I want to use CLOG 3. There will be many different lighting situations and all I'll have is my camera. What settings would I use?
You will have to expose for the different lighting positions. If it gets darker youll have to raise the ISO. If lighting changes be sure to also adjust the White Balance
What would you like to learn next about shooting videos? There's a list of ideas I am still working on.

How can I connect my r6mii with cine view se
And external monitor
Im not sure how to do cine view se. but for the external monitor you need a micro hdmi to hdmi. The r6 mark ii port sadly only has micro hdmi.
