Thank you so much for this video! It was very informative. I need to do better with tracking my inventory. And I was not aware that there was specific labeling guidelines. I just use the generic candle labels that you can find anywhere. But it's good to know about the packaging guidelines, as well. I had thought about getting a virtual mailbox.
I've only ever melted used candles to make more, bc I always hated throwing away the leftover wax, but I want to extend that and make a candle business.
Right now I'm just making candles as a hobby but I'd LOVE to turn it into a business. I'm in school for music Ed so I'll definitely need another source of income!

I kind of wish you would have unpacked that box you showed us, just so we can have a more clear understanding of how it's packed. Is the candle put into the thermal mailer and then that whole thing is wrapped in bubble wrap? I just would have liked to see the what the packaging actually looks like and how you separate the cold pack from touching the box. I guess I'm a visual learner. Lol

Good info. A CPA is the most advanced level of an accountant, so not the same thing. At the most rudimentary level, a CPA is a certified public accountant that has to sit for State Board Exams through their State.

Have you ever heard of the Soap Maker 3 software? I so wish they had a program like this for candle making. I make cold process soaps on top of Candle Making and I have sort of adapted it to work for both but I wish I had one only for CandleMaking💖💖
