Nice house, the layout is perfect. The only thing I do not like is that the water tank is in the primary closet. If that tank could be move eleswhere this would definitely be the house I would consider....
I know there’s a lot involved with costs as far as land, delivery and setup, fees/permits, etc. with that being said, what is the base price of this home and do you only serve the Carolinas?
Hoping to see more single wides with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a fireplace. What fuel burning fireplaces are available? Do you also sell maybe 1 acre lots, too? Thank you.
I just don't like having the closet in the primary bedroom located inside the bathroom. The only thing that I would change is the bathroom layout. Otherwise, it's fantastic.
Windows in the kitchen are too small. Cabinets aren't soft close, does it seem bright enough, did you mention dimensions or the square footage. This video needs a little work
