Thank you for your Hebrew minute which is from Psalm 112. That was a very heartfelt "Oh my" that you ended the beaver segment with, I really hope you manage to quickly get some help with moving them on. Your reading from "Anecdotes" was as entertaining as ever - do keep them coming. Looking forward to seeing you begin work on the violin that came in this week, and I hope your pochette varnish is behaving itself. Bless you.
Thank you for finding the Hebrew Minute!! and I am glad that you like the anecdotes! I will keep you posted on that naughty pochette!!! Hope you have a great week and thank you for commenting. It is greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much for finding the Hebrew Minute!!! It looks like we will have some help with the beavers this week. Thank you for commenting and hope you have a great week!
The pochette is looking very nice - I love the ivy decoration. Glad more repairs are rolling into the shop. Ian's photo of the Outer Hebrides is calling me home. Your antique inkwells look gorgeous. When you are cleaning the inside of the violin are you using water? I can't remember. Now I know where the saying 'busy little beavers' comes from. Have fun out there, Boss! Stupidicus.
Hi Tim! I am so glad you like the decorations. The varnish has not been behaving so the decor might have to be disturbed!!! Yes, I use water. You saw how I just decided to wash the whole thing and my rag got very black. Thank you for our wonderful comments. Hope you have a great week!
Hi Sally! Great to hear from you! I did draw it with an ink pen, a special gel pen. It seems to work well and not smear. Thank you for commenting and I pray you have a blessed day!
Go to the hardware store and buy yourself a potato fork, that's what we call it not sure if it is the correct name or not but it is a long handled rake but it only has four tines. Use it to break the Beaver dam and let the water carry the material away because if you pile it on the bank they will reuse it again. This was my job for a long time for many years breaking beaver dams and if you choose not to trap them you will be doing this every day for quite a while.
Thank you for your advice. I learned my lesson that it is too much for me to handle. We did call someone who will come out this week and take care of business. Thanks for commenting and hope you have a great week!
