That is the same way my dad and I use to shoot off the truck tailgate. I hate seeing shooters lay down in the bed of their truck with no where to put their legs 😂
The handgun needs to come up to the chest and then pushed out straight so your eyes get a chance to see the sights come into the target. When our arms are extended all the way out from the waist we don’t have much time to adjust the sights on target. I use to have a real hard time guessing what kind of sight picture I was gonna see when I use to bring the gun straight up from the waist with my arms fully extended. I’m no expert it’s just a tip I seen Lena Miculek give somebody and I tried it and it helped me tremendously. Love your videos.
Been shooting a tp9sfx with a vortex venom and a flared magwell and mag extensions to hold 22 rounds from Taylor Freelance for a couple years now. Rarely have a problem with it. Did change the trigger out for a Freedom Smith that has less pretravel but still has the short reset.
Im not one to add advice when its not asked, but I would work on the draw and press out. You should not be at full extension (arms fully extended) at the same time that you get the gun sights up in view. I would work on getting the sights up in view and then pressing out to the target. When you are extending your arms, you can take a shot if you need to (immediate threat), or fine tune your sight picture and trigger press as you are pressing out. Just my .02 cents. Love all the material you have on rifle shooting though
With the ammo situation being what it has the past two years I haven't shot much pistol or carbine. A bit sad really because I bought a Walther PDP 5" (Love Walther pistols) and haven't put but maybe 200 rounds through it.

100%, maybe yours, Ive also never had a bullet not fire on my CZ but I have seen multi Glocks storing bullets and I'm sure will be CZ's that have done the same.
Cringed when you jumped up from the empty chamber fire. Could’ve been a hang fire and you jumped up and got in front of the muzzle without clearing the chamber.

I made that same No ears mistake with my 300 RUM. 😬 that roof I think makes it worse. I honestly thought my ears were bleeding.
