I'm pretty sure what MRForca was trying to say is that star Platinum has an ability that goes beyond infinite speed while ger is slower than King Crimson, who already had to use his time skip to dodge a slower stand being silver chariot, star Platinum is the only other stand that has been referred to as "the ultimate stand" ger has also been referred to this, so it's very possible that they are close, which is why jotaro would win in a fight because if their stands are close inpower, it comes down to the users, and Jotaro has been shown to be very smart physically strong and heavily durable, he's able to take attacks from the world take Kira's bombs and a lot of other stuff it has been shown to survive it, even when Pucci cut right through him, he was still alive long enough to talk.

Polnareff's droplets of blood are proof time skip doesn't actually skip time. If so there wouldn't be more drops of blood after time skip than before. If Dio or Jotaro stoped time for 5 seconds, a clock next to them wouldn't be able to run in those 5 seconds, because there is no time for it to do so.
