    After a discussion w/Renogy techs, I decided to connect mine in serial, since I'm using the Rover 40a controller.

      Should be just fine. Any particular reason they recommended series?

      @@RotoCityTech Combination of the 40a Rover can handle either way, and no additional/heavier gauge wiring required. Also, in most of my travels I'm not under trees that would block one or more panel.

    Great vid thanks for putting this together.
    Quick question for you or anyone else on here, can I connect this system to a 140 min R/C Group#24DC battery?

      You should be able to yes. Just make sure in the solar controller that you set it for lead acid or sealed or whatever that particular battery is. Thanks for watching and reaching out
