I thought it will gonna be a film grain effect, not a glitch grain effect. There are some issues tho. The textures aren't perfectly scaled to screen resolution (because maximal texture resolution you can upload to roblox is 1024x1024, and most monitors have bigger resolution) which can make the game look lower resolution. Also, the texture changing isn't fixed to framerate which looks bad for me (this one is my preference). You shouldn't use wait(), it would be better to use task.wait() because it has bigger accuracy, but it would be even better if you would bind it to Render Event with some debounces for it to not switch textures too fast.
