    The range issue he describes at 48:00 is SO accurate for narcissistic environments I functioned in within the charismatic

    Thanks. He is correct. The Christian life is worked out through transparent relationships. Bible teaching and worship are absolutely necessary to keep us on track and to draw us near to God. But relationships with other Christians and also non-Christians are how our rough edges are smoothed off.

    The older generation of church leadership has been extremely authoritarian. I think future generations will do things differently and I think some of the older ones are snapping out of it, but I won't be holding my breath for mass transformation of the older generation.
