Guys, even if you have the slightest of pain or discomfort in the chest. Don’t move, walk or talk. Just lying down is the best & the most wanted action at that time. Ask someone to get a stretcher or a big bedsheet and have that person lifted to the car or ambulance. My dad walked upto the ambulance and never returned. Likewise a colleuge in our office started to feel discomfort. The smart boss asked him to lie down. He had the office curtains removed & the staff carried him to the car. He kept telling that he could walk to the car but the boss asked him to shut up & keep quite. The doctors at the hospital said a few minutes delay could have been fatal. The guy is hale & hearty now.

This is so heartbreaking and painful to watch him walking so calm and little did he know that this would be his last walk out of his home. How cruel is the fate? What a nice human being he was. I can't digest the fact that, all he would have thought was it will be normal check up with the doctor and he might get back home hoping that it will not be a major health problem, but God had other plans for him. Maybe God wanted to keep this pure soul with him much earlier. Life itself is a blessing and every minute is a bonus. Live the moment. Wake up with gratitude for having to see a new day. We miss you our dearest appu ❤️

And cardiac arrest can't be prevented sometimes even when u r in ICU. And until today there is no clear definition of why really it happens. Only God knows! Sometimes fate works in different ways than the reality.
Actually the doctor was the one who found a huge irregularity in his ecg and told him to immediately get admitted. He however suffered a massive heart attack en route to hospital.

It's was 3rd of Dec ,2016...when my dad walked out from the house ,sat inside the car n went to the hospital because he was having discomfort in his chest and on 25th of Dec,2016......he came back to home inside a coffin..... destiny is very uncertain..... prayers for the departed SOULS 🙏

Your nervous sysytem is made to live an active life like monkeys. So do excersice keep your flexibility ! One more example : try to sit in squat position you would feel how relaxed you are. There won't be any strain on your internal organs which is present when sitting on a chair. Lol... Monkeys😄... But don't be a cave man. Follow nature be healthy. Be active..run and shake away stress! Don't try to build your body or attempt to practice unnatural body moves to show off. The Heart muscle that beats cannot be made fit by weight lifting.. rather the heart muscle gets tired to pump blood to the enhanced hand and leg muscles esp.when lifting weight! Be responsible for your health!

Thank you for a valuable advice. I also did the foolishness so many times. My heart rate was more than 120 continuously for 4 days. Then fifth day my self drove the car from Kammanahalli to Bannerghatta Road fortis hospital. Luckily i am alive now. I m also having two daughters. Now I feel that stupid thing I did. It’s only a fraction of second for heart failure. Thank god.
