Had to pause to comment. My son had just turned 6 months. He slept through the night for 5 days in a row for the first time and would put himself to sleep at 830! Time change has him going to bed at 12 almost 1 for some reason and waking up multiple times at night. 😭 I was loving life, now I'm a tired pregnant mama again lol.

So sorry about the time change. I woke my little one up a half hour after his normal morning wake time (which really felt like a half hour early to him, due to the time change) that Sunday. I was trying to help him adjust and not sleep in too late because I was scared it would mess up the rest of the day. A few mornings of that and it seemed to help him adjust. Hopefully they adjust soon too.

He’s so weird with his sleep right now. Some days he’ll still do two naps, other days he boycotts them both 🤦🏼♀️

I just mixed almond milk with Greek yogurt and chia seeds and left it in the fridge overnight! There are a ton of recipes you can look up online! Really easy!
