I think path ahead for India is - how to use technology smartly and not exactly has handed down by others. Weather/Cloud seeding is best example of this. While India claims to benefit from it but it hasn't done original research or evaluation into how such clouds trap aerosole pollution at ground levels longer in air and hence harming health. Or haven't even considered electrodynamics of charged clouds vs ground. So a bit more is required from them than usual copy paste and a race to turn cloud seeding into $1200/sq km annual revenue business with risks of flash floods and what not. India also needs to study history and war/defense aspects of these military technologies before applying it properly on civilians. Just a thought

I had been at Istanbul airport two times, at the old one and also was at downtown of Istanbul city center as well. So beautiful and clean city. I heard the new airport is nice too.
WOW WHAT A CITY. I NEVER SEEN IT FROM THIS ANGLE, I have been in 22 countries, seen 22 airports from Hong Kong to Dubai, this is by far the best Airport, it's design, lighting, creativity ,ease to get around, AI technology , artwork, craftsmanship Marble all around , most expensive Travertine floors, spacious high ceilings, amazing clean bathrooms, first class passenger accommodations with massage chairs and all you can eat free dishes and champagne , delicious food choices in their food section, even fine dining restaurant , especially Anatolian cuisine section, shopping in the most known designer stores with very unique peaces that you do not find in their other stores, it's duty free stores by far have the lowest prices I have seen, I made sure I got loaded with 6 bottles of my favorite scotch , Vodka and Godiva Chocolate ,I even bought a Backgammon Game made from Mother of Pearls and Mollusks , it is just breath taking Airport , you just want to have long layover or arrive few hours before your departure to explore ,we loved this Airport.

You had landed to old Atatürk Airport in the south. This is the new İstanbul Airport in the north and opened in2020. lts capacity is 90 million by now and expansion is still continuing upto 200 million. lt will be one of the biggest in the world.
