Nice flight, what version of firmware do you use for goggles? I use 1.00.0606. My goggles can only record DVR per 10 minutes length, if the total time was 15 minutes, then it will be split into 2 DVR files (10 and 5 minutes respectively). It can record 15 minutes of DVR before I root it, and install WTFOS. It isn't very pleasant because I can't get a full overlayed DVR with OSD.

Yes you are right, I am using a cross polarized RHCP/LHCP antennas configuration on this setup with the DJI V1 goggles. I had a better signal compared to all LHCP antennas.
Hello lodi! I use Vifly GPS mate to pre-lock the GPS w/o plugging a battery. Also acts as a regular buzzer and lost drone buzzer as well. Inspiring content as usual. Now I plan to build a custom Molicel P28A 5S or 6S na siguro.
The X2-air will cover those beamwidth that the helical is missing due to its narrow beamwidth.. If you put 4 helical, you will have longer range yet narrower beamwidth. If you change the orientation of the x2 to horizontal you will have wider beamwidth on the vertical axis..
Hey Brother great video! For longer range.. What if you took your patch antenna from your radio and mount it to a tripod, get extension cables from the radio to antenna? Maybe get a bigger antenna and raise it to like 6ft on the tripod. Looks like your long range is straight flights anyways.. Maybe that will get you longer flights.. I know the restrictions will be your battery power.
It would have been nice if you had set the warnings correctly, then not everything flashes in the OSD. And if this is a 5000 mah bat why was it already empty after 4000?
I don't have the DJI goggle now as I switched to walksnail already. But to get the HD OSD as far as I remember you need to find the WTFOS hack on theu goggle to get this feature.

Oh I miss my dragonlink fpv fixed wing xuav clouds with mfd antenna tracker..my record was 35km one way back 2017..drone quads just has limitations..but excellent range on your quad, maybe try some other profile props to lengthen your flight times..👍👍
Really awesome video man! I'm super interested in your 7 turn antenna setup for your goggles, Do they give you a solid range boost? I do a lot of FPV shooting, but I'm usually pretty far away from the subject (200-500m away) and trying to get close up, precise shots is really tricky on 2-3 bars of range. I shoot over the water so there's very little blocking the signal so I think these sort of antennas could work well in my use case. Yeah man, this DIY helical antenna will give you an extra range you need in a directional pattern..if you are more on just penetration on a wider coverage, go for the Truerc X2-Air mk2 as they are amazing on range and coverage in your case.

I had mine rooted and installed WTFOS as well. We are using the same fw version on the goggles too.

The pack isn't that fresh anymore so that could be the reason why the capacity is off

It's solid at around 30mbps and on the final distance it starts to fluctuate down to 15-20mbps.

My longest flight now with a 6" is 10km..
You have different directional antennas. One is right-biased and the other is left-biased. Why? Doesn't DJI just use left bias?
I am using dual polarized antenna on my air unit as well so in my experience with dual polarization setup, it gives me better range and penetration..

The AzurePower BSP 6145 is by far the most efficient paired with my motors during my test with other 6" props
Interesting I didn't know you can run both left hand and right hand antennas on the same unit for both

Pag indoor sir yung failsafe mo dapat is Drop or Land lang di na GPS rescue kasi wala ka rin naman makukuhang GPS sats indoor.
