Polar recently revealed their latest fitness tracking smart watch, the Polar Vantage V3. This watch is definitely not cheap, so the expectations are high, but in my review I found some strange choices in making of this watch that put me on the edge of not necessarily wanting to wear this watch!

A bit disapointed, especially for this price range, there is still no rep and set counters for gym mod.
Just like the pacer pro or every other polar watches, they are stricktly aimed at people who only practice running, trail or cardio training.
POLAR really lacks more frequent updates and new features added and they should really start taking into consideration other sporting profiles such as gym, crossfit, pull ups, sqats etc..., POLAR advetise more than 150 sport profiles, but most of them will just display heart rate or calories burnt. And won't count your reps whiler training.
Neverthe less, nice video man, keep up the good content :)
It’s a great looking sport watch , my complaints are 3 simple ones at this price -
1- 50 meters
2- no sapphire glass
3- hear rate monitor is inaccurate
I’ve worn the v3 for several months now, daily. The wrist HR is good enough, but I now use an arm band optical HR, the Polar verity which is very accurate and unobtrusive. The SP02 works best when the arm is steady in mid air, not resting.
Hi, How good is the daily HR? My ignite 3 keep drop to 50s and need a minute to get back to proper when I do workout. I am concern if vantage 3 is stable
It’s good enough IMO with the new optical wrist sensor on the watch. The new Garmins have a similar problem(s) I’ve heard. The Verity works better and is similar to the H10 I’ve heard.@@Ordinary-Hendrik

My Fenix 7 really much much much stable than polar vantage 2 and ignite 3 in term of daily heart rate.

Dommage que l'application polarflow soit vieillotte, cela ne me donne pas envie d'acheter une polar. Je préfère "l'usine à gaz" Garmin, qui, pour le coup, est super complète
