- In Season of the Witch Bungie is introducing something called "Seasonal Flashbacks". These Flashbacks are going to contain old seasonal armor for you to purchase in case you skipped out on a season or you are new to Destiny 2. No more feeling like you missed out! I’d pay bright dust for the hunter set but not $15

As a warlock, if it was available for bright dust, I'd absolutely pick up the set but not for silver
As happy as I am that these are returning. It hurts so bad that I had already paid $10 for that pass that I didn’t get to finish only for it to come back for $15
Edit: when I said $15, I was under the assumption that that bundle included all 3 armor sets. After further research, I’ve found that it now costs $89 to get everything that I hadn’t unlocked from season of the worthy’s $10 battle pass.
Just to get the stuff I already paid for now, I have to shill out more money than it would cost to buy any of the new AAA games such as Starfield, Baldurs Gate 3, or Tears of the Kingdom.
Keep in mind, this is almost $90 spent on just ONE season of cosmetic content. If I wanted to get all the cosmetics from the seasons I missed (worthy,haunted,deep), I would have to spend over $250 assuming standard pricing and it gets even worse for those who haven’t kept up with the game as much as I have considering we’ve now had 14 seasons of vaulted passes (undying to deep). I would’ve much preferred Bungie to just make previous season passes available for purchase cause even considering current standard pricing, Bungie could make $168 off of every player if they chose to buy all 14 seasons at $12 a season.
Additionally, making previous seasons purchasable would help Destiny 2’s player base stay busy with the game as it would give them more rewards to grind out for their efforts.
Despite the fact that they should’ve just implemented a system in the first place to allow us to complete old passes, they should’ve at least made a massive discount to the items from these passes for those who had owned that season in the paar

I wasn’t playing Destiny 2 when Season of the Undying and Shadowkeep came out, because I was so burnt out from Destiny I needed a break, but I sometimes regret not getting those awesome Vex ornaments.
So once those are available I’m buying them.
Yh I only just started playing again at the end of undying so I missed out on those ornaments too. I hope those are the next ones brought back
I started playing Destiny when it became free so, Season of the Undying, so I owned the season but wasn't into the game enough yet to get the ornaments. But Season of the Dawn, I maxed out my season pass twice.

If we had the Season Pass but didn’t complete it would should be able to have it and complete it whenever we want. Now if you never purchased it you have a option to purchase certain things such as this bundle and other items for example. If you don’t finish it now you gotta pay for something you payed for already. Why can’t Bungie do this 💀

I was only missing the helmet for both the hunter and titan(I didn’t have a warlock at the time), but I only got the hunter set since I hate the titan helmet. I also got the ornament for Tommy’s matchbook

I already got everything for getting level 100 during the season when they were released, however I truly wish they include finishers to be purchased with bright dust but they never will, or at least I never saw them sold for bright dust

Im excited but I really hope that there isn’t only one flashback per season. Otherwise it’ll be 2029 by the time everyone has had a chance to get what they want.

Personally I think this stuff should go to Dares of Eternity, as a way to add value to that mode/purchase and breathe some new life into it by having others besides New Lighta play it

YES!! I REALLY WANT THAT TITAN PIRATE ornament from season of plunder I didn't buy the season pass for that season and I really regretted it and it would be nice if it was for bright dust, for those who had the season, but didn't reach rank 100 until it was over, otherwise it would be strange knowing that you paid for the season and now you have to pay again for 2, 3 ornaments that you didn't you managed to take them
Why are these sets only one per season?
I play warlock, I love the old school militaristic look, it's classic and I think the robes can work for a multitude of dressier warlock fassion not much similar but I think that may be the problem it narrows down what you can use, I like the helmet, the intricate gold on the visor is cool, the boots and the gloves are a little generic and the bond is quite bulky with the projection but still unique

I'm a warlock and am happy that I have the option to get these (apparently I didn't yet), but I can't justify the price point at the moment
Can't see too many sets I'd use these in but who knows maybe I'd find something
the first three seasons stuff shouldve just been bright dust, battle pass xp was so shit back then that you either had to play an egregious amount of seasonal activities for like 400 hours, grind bounties on the moon for 100 or just not get the seasonal stuff. On top of that everything was also time gated to 1 season that lasted 2 months so you had to decide if you wanted to spend time bounty grinding or play the cool new stuff that was about to go away forever.

My problem is I paid for that season but it was so boring that I didn't complete the season pass yet bungie wants over $40 for me to get the cosmetic items I technically already paid for..

I can confidently say that I have never used any single piece from these sets (I got them from the pass when they came out). If there was a system in place, I would gladly exchange them for 4500 silver so I can get stuff I actually want (like the dungeon key and current season pass).

Happy they are returning. Not happy about the price. Im not to fond of the valkyrian set so I wont pick it up. Hopefully they bring back some older more interesting ornaments!
Season of the haunted ornaments are all i care about. Will i ever see them? Maybe in about 3-5 years if this is how bungo wants to release flashbacks
Plus i would have to spend at least 45$ for all 3 sets since bungo also doesn't care that i payed for the season that i didn't finish because the game literally sucked and was draining to play
It'd be cool of there was a way to earn these sets when they come in. Cause i dont really feel like paying 20-80 dollars depending on if i also want to get the titan and warlock sets. Free to play platforms should die i swear.

I've seen the new "Wayfinder" way of marketing their battle passes saying once you buy it, you could finish it later even if the season already ended. I think Destiny should do the same, cause it's relatively easy to finish the pass for an average D2 gamer. Instead of giving me this possibility to earn old ornaments, they are charging me 15$ for things that i already paid for! Absourd and infuriating
let me re-iterate , if you own the season passes for these armors didnt complete them and your giving them 15 more dollars to unlock then you got had, let me officially welcome you to the stupid corner.

these are free with the season pass if you play and earn them. They should be much less in silver and be 2000 bight dust weeks later.

I don't like this set but it doesn't matter how a set look like, these prices are way to much. I never buy ornaments / ships / ghosts or something for silver. I had the hope that we could get the old ornaments for playing. (I don't know the English word for the other eververse currency. 😅)

If was 1000 or 1200 like buying that pass today aka for all of it because I reachd level 100 that season it would be ok but too overpriced considering that Bungie doesn't give us the opción of buying old season passes
Titan man here. Titans set is not good and this is was a terrible season IMO so never finished. Took a break just before Beyond light launched so missed seasons up to current one. So looking forward to those sets or at least parts like the Titan deep set worst of the 3 but the Mark is really nice, Hunters and Warlock sets last season you guys got it good.
i think its some of the most unique armour for hunter and warlock, titan was REALLY botched

Now if you DID pay for the pass and you didn't finish it then I believe it should be bright dust. But I don't think I'd be fair if they were free. I'm the case, why should we finish out these passes in the first place?
I actually agree with this. I missed out a few pass armor because of school or rather the game wasn't as fun at the time.

No way they’re reselling the set that I already bought once as part of a season pass for 10 bucks for all characters to have access to then sell the set for 15 bucks each per character. I didn’t even finish that battle pass! That was literally D2s worst season at least in my books. No thanks… I’d rather spend 13 bucks on playing starfield via gamepass. So yes it is expensive no doubt about it; the fact they have the audacity to resell it back to me as well… wow. This is why battlepasses need to go. They’re just fomo ways of keeping people to play the game.

There’s no defending this, it’s just outright scummy to charge literally 8 times more for these cosmetics (for all of them) than they were originally priced as.. especially when that pass included a season of content as well.
Furthermore, there’s no option for Bright Dust either, so it’s purely silver. For them to pull this after all the crap they’ve gotten over their over-monitization practices is just unbelievable.
Bungie is just greedy and they don’t care. As nice as these ornaments are, no one should support greed like this and more people need to be putting them on blast for this disgusting crap.
