    Thank you for these videos. I’m working on learning all of these machines and your videos have been priceless. Your guy perfectly describes and shows how each machine works. Way better than what the app provides. Thanks again

    In Houston but ur vids really help me. I am 4’11” n had no idea how to use most of the machines. Also, didn’t think they would work for me bc if my height but now I’ve been using so many. Thanks for ur videos very helpful

    Plastic body had a small chip when ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well

    would be a good machine if you could adjust the arms on it. WAY too much shoulder rotation for me to use it

      @@puffwad You probably went too low, which causes the loss of cross bridging, and this transfers the stress from the chest to the shoulders...not good.

    • @richbrake9910
      @richbrake9910 8 месяцев назад +1

      When lowering the weight, you cannot go to low or the stress goes to the shoulders.

      Late here but same. I think I might have had the height wrong because I could barely lift anything compared to the other chest machines

  • @riverkingguppy9223

    So on the chest press, if the number says 100, does that mean you are
    lifting 200? I am trying to figure out how much weight im able to press
    if I put the metal rod in the 100 slot...(this is referring to the ones with a single weight adjustment)

      Did anyone figure this out? I was also curious

    • @Solontire
      @Solontire 6 лет назад +8

      @Mason - If the machine only has one weight adjustment slot you're only lifting that much weight (aka 100 = 100). If the machine has two weight adjustment slots like the one in the video you're lifting that much weight on only that side (aka 100 on left and 100 on right = 200 total)

    I really dislike this machine. It's actually an incline press machine, yet it's labeled as a chess press. It's uncomfortable, without a self spotting device, putting too much stress on the shoulders.
