I preordered this bag during the Black Friday event. I returned it because the DeMellier stamp was noticeably crooked. I loved the color and was so sad to return it. I am one of those people who is OCD about alignment and knew the crooked stamp would have driven me crazy.
You are justified for returning. When items are being picked, packaged and sent there should be a level of quality control.

Someone else just said the clasp is so heavy the bag doesn’t stand up on its own. Is that true? You didn’t show it sitting alone.

I bought this bag at *rrcopys* , I've had it for a few months and love it! I couldn't decide whether to switch from a purse to a backpack, but I'm so glad I did! This bag is super cute and the brown is a great shade. The fabric is soft and very supportive! I love that the main pocket rests against your back when you're wearing it. I travel all the time and I feel safe with my wallet in my bag. I highly recommend their bags!
