Man, thank you so much. This is THE best video and recipe for bread I watched. I used Auguson's powdered milk and a dinky little 8oz mug, with half milk half water and it turned out fantastic. I only have a small BLACK+DECKER 4-Slice Crisp 'N Bake Air Fry Toaster Oven as our oven is also broken, and this was the best video to use with it. I have a 8.5x4in baking pan and used the smallest portions to fill it. It's been a few days but iirc that was 150-189g. It made for great toast or sandwiches, my father and I loved it. Gonna use what I have left over to make pizza bread. Thanks so much for making this simple and fit for setups like mine, man.

I’m a home bread baker and a Foodi. I want to say, this is one of the best videos I’ve seen. Been baking breads for over 11 years and I want to look into using a toaster oven. I have used an air fryer to bake dinner and burger rolls, with great success.

Well, thank you! I had fun with this one! That little toaster oven is a beast! I have since repaired my full size oven, and have been using that to make pizza and ciabatta, too.

Thank you! Stoked to say that I wrote and/or played drums on the music in this video, so that means a lot to me! Glad you enjoyed it, and keep on cooking!

I measure things rather by weight

Probably just as good for most cases. I use weights for breads because it cuts out any potential errors in the measuring cups and I can maintain the ratios precisely without having to worry about any other sources of error downstream. I can’t help it….I’m an engineer. 😂
