This was an excellent tutorial. You even showed how to stretch and fold the dough. I’m very much intimidated by the world of bread. I bake, but I bake cakes and macarons etc. I feel like I can have a go with this recipe. Thanks very much to you both for teaching me 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽
You two are an adorable team! Thank you for all the joy in your shorts and your videos. Loving this tutorial and hope to make some sourdough soon with my hubby.
This came to my to-watch, I'm so happy to discover this video. I've been baking sourdough bread without all the usual must-have as well but haven't been stretching and folding properly... Also haven't been leaving it to ferment long enough. Now I have a wonderful tutorial to try and do it better. What I also love about this video is the cute & funny personalities from the both of you. Can't help smiling & laughing. Your video brings joy! Thank you so much!
I love this! Hopefully you guys are going to write a cookbook! Please link all your tools (scale, etc.) and brands of food you use please. Happy Sunday Lovebirds! 😊
I saw a paid course where they promised to teach how to do this bread with some special yeast that they would teach. I glad to see this available and well explained. Thanks guys I will definitely try it
Delicious homemade sourdough bread!! Try substituting half of the white flour-or even less- with semola rimacchinata next time and you'll be amazed at the result!! (semola rimacchinata is a kind of flour found in Italy or Greece due to the weather and climate needed for the wheat to grow. It's also used for making pasta and that's why it is amazingly tasty. It also gives flufiness and aroma). The taste this flour gives to bread is unique. You can also substitute 50gr out of 500gr with wholewheat of rye. My love from Greece (a home baker of sourdough products)!
This tutorial is so interesting and your step-by-step instructions make this sourdough bread not so difficult to try! Time is all it really seems to take. Yours came out beautiful! Can you please suggest the olive oil you’re using? Thank you for sharing this! Blessings to you.
Omg… I have been failing at sourdough for the past month because I didn’t understand the fermentation process, stretch and fold (and why it’s important!). This was so easy to follow and my loaf turned out nearly perfect. My only issue is I’m baking with an electric oven so I need to sort out the top burner vs. bottom burner because I used both and the top got a bit too dark for my taste. Otherwise this was perfect! I even used AP flour and subbed 50g flour for high gluten flour and 100g rye and my loaf was just like yours!
Ohhhhhh please do more tutorials!!! I absolutely love homemade sourdough bread. I totally neeeeeeeeed your sourdough starter recipe. Please post that video soooooooon! ~Lisa~
Thanks, I am going to try my first sourdough today, my starter has been going almost 2 weeks. I start looking for recipes and they mostly say dutch oven so I got sad. But now I am happy, Oh BTW you looked cute the whole time sweetie.
I can use other flour instead of all purpose flour? For the starter I would use all purpos flour and when I want to bake I could use instead something healthier? Like Spelt flour or whole wheat flour?
Ohhh you should create a go fund me account to get her a Gucci bag (or whatever brand).. she so deserves it and I want to help her get one and I know others will too..lol
I'm very glad that there wasn't an actual Dutch oven in this video. I gave my gf a Dutch oven once and she was not impressed to say the least. p.s- a Dutch oven is when you fart under the duvet, then wait around 20-30 seconds for it to "cook". You then lift the duvet around her head et voila!! Screaming angry woman created! 😂😂😂

So many people don't have the fancy tools that others use. This video shows that you don't need all those things. Good job.
This is my step son’s favorite bread. He is going to be so impressed when I make this for him homemade. Thank you so much for sharing!
Wow. This bread is a beauty. I never get it so high and fluffy.
I've said this before. I love watching your videos. They (videos) warm my heart and I am grateful to have you guys posting! Love to you both.
You two are an adorable team! Thank you for all the joy in your shorts and your videos. Loving this tutorial and hope to make some sourdough soon with my hubby.
I had so much fun following along and making this!! My first bread came out amazing and you made it so simple! Thank you so much 🥰

Thank you for the video. I am in the process of giving it a try. How long are you leaving the dough out of the fridge before you score and bake?
The intro was great 😁😁😁
Was it raining outside?
You are so cute together as always, it rubs of. And its feels good to watch your videos :)
Wow very impressive skill
Excellent 👍👍
I love you guys!!! ❤️
we love you too
Making this tonight! How long is the dough out of the fridge before going into the oven?? Bring it to room temp??
The chef hat👍👌
Why is this the best ?
He finally came out of the closet... as a Domino's Fanatic! 😁
Did you use unbleached flour? When I use unbleached I have great results
I love watching your videos! I can't bake desserts and not sure if I have ever made bread before. I might give it a try sometime. Have a good week. ❤
alessio plz try hovis seed sensation bread its delicious

First thing you should do is to put up your hair to make sure that they have ZERO percent chance of getting inside the bread
❤
🤣🤌💫💥Thank u for sharing
Alessio should be the next Gino dcampio 😂❤️
hahahaha grazie mille ma gino it is much better
What about sugar or honey? The starter needs that, for food.
Ohhh you should create a go fund me account to get her a Gucci bag (or whatever brand).. she so deserves it and I want to help her get one and I know others will too..lol
no no no :) help me (alessio)
Celsius? 🤔
🤣 funny
LOL he always insists you wear the hat the wrong way lol.
💯👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great tutorial but I was turned off that the video started with the bowl on your head, then you used the bowl without washing it.
Good thing you don't have to eat it!
Bear Grylls would eat that without hesitation.
I'm very glad that there wasn't an actual Dutch oven in this video.

😂😂😂
It's not the Dutch oven that determines how the sourdough turns
Step one: wash the bowl you had on top of your head. Step two: pull your long hair back in a tie Step three: wash your hands...
You 2 are fun to watch but this is way tooooo much work for bread.😫
