The Bass player is awsome. Still to see, Brian's voice is always there. "Surf City" is great. What I miss is the great "Surf's Up".

In 2017, I toured Australia with 2 amazing bands. The first was The Bootleg Beach Boys and it was brilliant. From the moment we headed off to the first show in Cessnock and the band were practising harmonies in the bus until the last show in Perth 5 weeks later, every moment was fantastic. As the tour progressed around Australia, the crowds got bigger as the bands reputation grew larger via social media. Hopefully we will see them back in Australia when possible.

Wilson pioneered many aspects of modern music making, was praised even by Gershwin, it’s comparable to a modern Beethoven and even was half deaf similar to Beethoven being nearly totally deaf and still had his level of musical ability. The Beatles also based a solid amount of how they arranged music and vocal harmonies off The Beach Boys who started a year or two earlier than the Beatles.
DaVinci was a painter engineer and map maker but just being from a long time ago doesn’t elevate their genius level or the level of their art. DaVinci is mostly known for his art and Wilson created what has consistently ranked as the greatest pop album of all time in pet sounds is revered among musicians to the point many have made songs about him and The Beach Boys and he pioneered modular music engineering and even invented other genres. Some songs they made later sound like certain music genres like indie pop and kind of synthwave as they were the first to do, sort of an early version of Vansire and others. Wilson has created maybe twenty top hits and many aren’t even known and some of his greatest music many don’t know and some powerful songs like Oh Lord and Surf’s Up and Thank Him far fewer know of. The best of Wilson could easily be in a museum just as the best of DaVinci in terms of the respect he deserves.

Absolutely fantastic. I live in Atlanta, GA area. If you ever make it this way I definitely want to see you all live. You so perfectly capture the Beach Boys sound and harmonies and are great at giving the energy and spirit of their shows of the past! Bravo! I have been a fan of the Beach Boys since the 1980s when I was a teenager. Vocal harmony is pretty much my most favorite thing in the world.
Hope to get over to Atlanta at some stage Ramona.

Good Vibrations was insanely hard to do in the studio, I never thought anyone could truly do it live until I saw Brian perform it on the Pet Sounds tour in London. This is very good.
Come to the UK this summer and cheer us all up, great band, cheered us up no end.
This Aug/Sep we hope to be doing a UK nationwide tour.

Wow, this is good stuff! Guy playing Brian's parts has a killer voice, really. Nice setlist, too. You should definitely record a show like that and mix it professionally, because performance like that just deserves better sound.

When they're not doing Beach Boys they are a tribute act of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons. They have a full concert as Frankie V & the 4 S here on RUclips too but I'm sorry I can't recall the name of that channel. Hopefully one of them will see this comment and tell us.

Mike Love is now 80 and youngest in mid 70's This may be the only Beach boys you're going to get now. The way way I look at these if if these guys came to town would I go. Yes probably. Those harmonies here are not perfect though.

These guys do a very good job. The one playing Brian favors Paul Mccartney, I think, and the one playing AL looks like a young David Marks, and the girl in the jean shorts gave me a woody!

Brian Wilson also sang on “Surf City” and Capitol Records wasn’t too happy about it.
@@BUSTER.BRATAMUS J&D heard them rehearsing "Surin' USA" and wanted to record that but Brian didn't want to give it to them. So he offered them "Surf City" instead. Don't forget at this time J&D were much bigger that the BB. But they have it in their concert mix and play it every so often.

Band is B+. The dancing chicks just aren’t period correct.
Getting The Beach Boys right isn’t easy they worked tirelessly under Brian Wilson to get exact vocals and many of the songs are very complicated in their vocals. They do great and I’m glad they’re doing what they’re doing. And the set looks awesome I think with the surf boards and palm trees I like they went all out. And their cover of I Can Hear Music is amazing, he doesn’t do the falsetto part really Carl would do but still great.
