    Where in Johannesburg do you buy your spices?

      We get them in Fordsburg or Midrand. Quite a few stores stock the spices we use including Shayonas in Fordsburg, Aandals or Nagiahs in Midrand

    Is ur food u make very strong it looks delicious but I can't eat strong food because of acid build up

      Yes this one is hot - you can use less chillie and hot sauce to make it milder

    Hi..man...Tried the liver receipe but the livers were kept 8n vinegar...brine...but the next day wen I cooked it the livers just went way like porridge...I don't know wat went wrong

      Did you dust with flour after removing from the vinegar?

      The vinegar brine removes some of the harsh metallic taste livers can have sometimes.
