So I’ve been mildly fond of Annie’s music since Anniemal, always thought it was good but not great, but songs like “Chewing Gum” were always fun to put on car or office playlists. So when Tidal drew my attention to Dark Hearts I thought it would be more of the same... ...and bloody hell was I wrong! The whole album is utterly superb! I mean on a par with Young Ejecta superb; utterly brilliant. Very well done, Annie!
