I just finished listening to Taylor Swift's "Fortnight" Track from her new album The Tortured Poets Department, and I had to come over to listen to this great music again because "Fortnight" reminded me of "A Real Hero."

These Electric Youth songs make me long for the early 80’s. It was a unique time, and of course you can’t go back. My heart aches for those times.
I remember hearing Electric Youth back in early 2012 on newretrowave, never thought they'd get on Vevo or something. Good to see a synthwave artist get acknowledged.
This should win a Grammy for every category. Just pure rhythmic gold.
I love to listen to this song when I'm driving especially at night, it makes me feel like I'm in the eighties and I'm free from all the problems of the both the world and my own and the only things that exist is peace, laughter, joy, and love

I found out of this band because of the movie "drive", and ever since I heard the songs "a real hero" and she never came back" I fell in love with their sound and had to find more about them and purchasing "inner world" was definetly not a mistake!! Such an amazing underrated album!! Just hope they make another album soon!
Nothing is better, than electronic vibes of the 80's and good classic rock!
This is such a great sound and reminds me of the 80s. A current band that matches this sound is Cannons.
