Love the videos. My wife and I have owned a Winnebago Era for the past six years. If we were to buy another van today, we would be giving you two a call. Great design and incredible detail to the infrastructure. Unfortunately we think we have another five years left in ours (80K+ miles so far) but I love everything you do. Spending the night in Moab and tomorrow night in Arches National Park. A van is the absolute best way to explore. Keep up the great work and expect an order from us in four or five years.
Great video 👍 do you get a better cooling from the nomadic than the rtx2000 ? And do you think 500 amp is enough in a build to run the nomadic or should I need more ? Thanks for the answer
Hi Jeff, thanks a lot for your instructional and nice videos. What is the color or code of the fabric you used for upholstery. Also, how thick is your floor. Much appreciated.
Thank you. These cushions were just something we picked up at TJ Maxx for the video. The real cushions weren't ready. The floor is 1" foam, 3/8" subfloor, and 1/2" LVP flooring.
Great build but the #1 most important thing for females and children is a solid enclosed bathroom! The Europeans have moved to the incredible Cinderella Incinolet toilet!!🙌👏🏻 NO stench from black water tanks! ALL wastes are reduced to a palmful of ashes! And daily showers are ESSENTIAL to combat bacteria and keep body odor controlled. People concentrate too much on feeding their bellies instead of staying clean. It’s not safe to leave the van in the dark to release wastes.
Hi Lisa, Jeff. I discovered you recently, it's always interesting to see your videos, you have a lot of always interesting advice. I'm setting up my Citroen Jumper (like the Ducato), I live in Italy and I'm very attracted by the black covering of the rear lockers. Jeff, can you tell me what material it's made of? Thanks for the help
Fabulous conversion and great presentation from both of you, I have only just found your videos and I am so glad I did. Thank you for all the detailed information you give.
Thanks! I just added a link in the description to the 3-in-1 combo oven. Our clients just returned from a 2 week road trip and said that they LOVE the oven.
Appreciate your videos, everything we've watched so far has been informative and well presented! Question on the build in this video - did you have to do any additional venting for the 3 in 1 microwave? We picked up a combo microwave and noticed (tested in our kitchen, haven't gotten to this part of the van build yet) it put off some heat. We're working on ideas to keep it safe and happy (along with everything around it), but maybe we're overthinking it? I do see you have some ventilation holes on the back side of the microwave shelf - did you add any fans or any other way of moving that heat? Thanks! @OurThrivingLife
$10K in parts and materials is pretty low, but it's doable if you want a very basic build. What you could sell it for depends on the van and build quality.
@@OurThrivingLife Thank you for the response. I saw a video where a guy renovated a sprinter (4k) with 5k, the van had a bed, solar panels and looked really good, i saw a basic commercial van that would sell for 30k, smaller van and basic stuff inside. Can I send you the video ?

Thank you. Happy travels, and we'll talk in a few years!
Most excellent build! When, in the build process, was the ceramic coating applied?
We do it after all of the exterior gear is installed. That way it all gets ceramic coated.
word of the day, NIK NAK!
Beautiful 😊
Thank you so much 😀
Mi piace molto il sistema acqua hot
Ceramic coating only will last 20 days in Florida! You can buy ceramic coating and apply easily, but won't last long.
This is different. It has an 8 year guarantee. Even in Florida.

Yes and yes.

Thank you Jeff. I meant the Duramax fabric you use to cover some of the metal of the van.
very nice build. how wide is the bed after shaving off a few inches?

Great build. I sent you an email about building my wife and I our adventure mobile.

You need a new host!
Wow, I had no idea the water heater would use so much power.

Great video and build! Could you tell me the model number of the GE combo oven?

I've thought about renovating a van for 10k (total) and selling it for 15k, is that a feasible goal ?

@@OurThrivingLife Could that van sell for 15k ? Or even 20k ?
@@OurThrivingLife that van is also pretty small, I've seen longer ones for 4k, maybe put in 5k, and get a shower, toilet, bigger bed aswell
