Easy to criticise Jack's decisions when he was thrust into a leadership role in life or death situations for the few months they were on the island, vs having time to sit and read and think over 3 years.
Exactly! And he constantly had people undermining him, defying him, or conflicting with him openly - Locke, Kate, Sawyer, Sayid all of which are very influential in their own right. Hell, Even Hurley when he went with Lockes Camp in season 4 (which he apologized for and admitted was a bad decision on his part). Jack didn't "always" just react. Hurley leaves the island, winds up back in the hospital, while his friends get to have a nice life for a while back in Magic 70's Island. Hurley got BLITZED. "Awwww man".
The Kate hate is beyond ridiculous at this point (not that it wasn't already). Did you consider maybe Kate asked about who else was with Sawyer because she wanted to know who else of HER PEOPLE survived? I feel like that might be fairly relevant information. And, really, she's not even allowed to stand on HER OWN DAMN PORCH because the mere sight of her might be too much of a temptation for Sawyer and mess up his relationship with Juliet -- If that's the case, I'm pretty sure that would be on Sawyer. Kate was already outside minding her own damn business, Sawyer was the one lingering and staring at her; all she did was wave JFC!!!
Exactly, besides she was not the one in a relationship. She thought he could've died after he jumped from that helicopter and was doing things for him during those three years. She was simply looking at him, it's completely understandable. And it's not like Jacks attitude was much better than hers. I'm so tired of all the unnecessary hate.
@@jenniferaguilera2087 if I identify with kate, what SHE had gone through, how SHE suffered - nobody cares. The messed up ship with jack, forced to give back aaron, coming o the island again in 1977, all her friends dressed in dharma clothes, living a lie there- all is secretly and they were observed all along, sawyer together with juliet,asf- could it be much worse. But she stayed cool all the time , never tried to get between juliet and sawyer. Why then hate her so much?! She did nothing wrong there! The normies are too onesided for giving a fair comment.
Ffs. The hate about kate is completely fair when it comes to relationships. The kind of women like her are despicable. If you love two guys and they love you back, either choose one or dont choose any. But one day sleeping with one and the next day kissing the other is not acceptable. And thats what she did for 2/3 seasons. That is why every scene like that we just want her to get away. Because it's annoying to see the way se looks at them. When she was about to be a thing with jack, she wanted and switched to sawyer. When she was with saywer she wanted and switched to jack. Ffs! Hopefully sawyer will be much more mature and wont be there thinking about kate when he is with juliet (im only on episode 5x9) Dont get me wrong, i like her but when it comes to relationships and scenes like that, she is just annoying
Kate has her very annoying moments because she's almost always driven purely by emotion, which great sometimes and terrible other times, but the hate some reaction folks have for her is fucking absurd.
They're all so threatened by Kate standing on the porch looking at Sawyer, LOL .. he was looking at her too .. the only way Suliet could be happy was if Kate stayed away, what does that tell you about that relationship?
But Kate waved at him! How can poor Sawyer resist such a temptress? It's not as if he has any control over his own actions. Of course, it's all Kate's fault if Sawyer still has feelings for her! Don't you know everything is Kate's fault simply because she dares to exist?
@@prettyliesuglytruth5712 ITA, all THREE of them hate Kate now? They can't see how insecure and controlling Juliet is? Sawyer went somewhere without telling her .. oh, time to run down to the surveillance room to spy on him! If Kate's mere presence threatens their fragile little "ship", then why do they think it's so great? What if Desmond was always making eyes at Kate when he was with Penny?
@@bertramsey it's such a ridiculous attack on kate. The scene was in the evening, there kate didn't know about juliet and sawyer. She heard it the next morning from hurley. And for heavens sake should she not wave to sawyer after being 3 years apart. sawyer said 'hello' first - another hint, that he was yearning for her and he looked at her on every opportunity, could not avoid it. I `m angry abbout such unprofessional drivel!
@@verenamenzel4701 Right! Also, up to this point, Kate hasn't even shown any inclination that she still has romantic intentions or feelings for Sawyer; Sawyer is the one who has been staring at Kate all starry-eyed, yet Kate is treated like some kind of homewrecker. And like you said, she doesn't even know about him being with Juliet yet, so even if she had been flirting with him, or whatever, she wouldn't have been doing anything wrong. It feels like they look for any reason to hate on Kate; it's too much!
@@bertramsey I feel like Rana's opinion seems to just flow in whichever direction Nikki's does. And Suraj seems to like Kate just fine as long as she's just standing there being hot and doesn't interfere with the men's business or assert herself in any way. Good grief!
I wish people would leave Suraj alone. He doesn't spoil the show for anyone. His comments are just fun facts, like, remember him? Or hello Nadya! This show is so mysterious and there are so many questions left unanswered that it is great to see someone so invested that they look up trivia about the show. Give the guy a break! I feel like he was gone for most of season 3 because people were bothered by his knowledge of the show. He didn't spoil anything for anyone. Get over yourselves!
Does anyone know why some actors are NEVER shown in the opening or closing credits? The actor for Dr. Pierre Chang was never credited. Neither was Roger Stanton from 24's second season. Is that like a, good thing in a way that it makes you unique and mysterious or is that bad that you don't get any recognition?
They don't get first billing because they're not main characters, essentially. Only the highest-paid, high-profile ones tend to be in the opening credits. As for closing credits, that's a different. I remember the end credits being short, but don't they feature all the other actors?
@@DARKgirafa Vince Foster who plays Dr. Chang (I hope I got the actors name right) was never credited at all. He was a Reccuring Also Starting character but wasn't credited in the also starting opening credits.
I dunno, Suraj - usually I don't mind when you fill in bits of information that Nikki and Rana might have missed. But I think you may have gone a bit too far with the whole discussion about whether adult Ben should remember meeting Sayid when he was younger. No need to bring it up - the show addresses the question all on it's own. You kind of spoiled an upcoming conversation between Hurley and Miles...(Also, there was no need to point out the "easter egg" of Radzinsky building the model of The Swan when later in the episode Radzinsky says, "he (Jin) saw the model of the Swan" as he points at the model.) I mean, no real harm done but still...I'd prefer if you erred on the side of "let them figure it out for themselves."
He did not at ALL spoil that, and if there's "no harm done" why are you commenting this? He brings up the same question literally ALL of us had and talked to each other about watching it live. He did nothing different than any of us did. You guys are absurd with some of this shit.
To be fair when Jack was leader he didn’t have three years to just sit and think he barely even had a day at some points. It was a lot more intense when Jack was leading, people were trying to kidnap/kill them all the time and no one had any idea what they were getting themselves into with the island, but Sawyer knows this island is weird he still is a good leader but he has the opportunity to sit and think without a gun being pointed to his head all the time. So I say under their individual circumstances they are both great leaders.
Remember how Ben saw his dead mom at the sonic fence. Someone has had a long time to develop a loophole. Someone who is eligible to be the leader of the others. Same again having an interest in Locke. But the Runway shows the loophole was prepared for.
Again, I know I'm on a sparsely populated island, but I find Suraj's contributions so annoying. He mansplains things to the ladies before even knowing if they got it (or would have gotten it) on their own. And so often the content of his contribution comes from his hindsight knowledge (gathered from having watched the complete series multiple times). He lacks the judgment to realize whether the things he chips in are partially or wholly informed by his multiple viewings of subsequent episodes. 3:17 Here, again, Rana works things out on her own. This should demonstrate the capacity of these women and should give Suraj pause about giving into his compulsion to mansplain every little detail. 6:09 Here, Nikki wonders why Sawyer is packing clothes and asks "what's he doing?" Someone like Nahid would recognize the situation and stay silent or coyly play along knowing the writers would actually answer that very question. But when given such "permission" to spoil something, he gets specific and tells her that Sawyer's packing 70s clothes so Jack, Kate, and Hurley will blend in. WTF? What kind of person answers that question like that? Do any other veteran viewers on other reaction channels answer that type of question in that specific way? [POTENTIAL SPOILER FOR ANYONE WATCHING THESE REACTIONS DURING A REAL-TIME VIEWING OF LOST] 7:22 Here, Suraj out of the blue and unsolicited points out the model of the Swan in the background of the scene. He defends himself by characterizing it as an innocuous Easter egg. But here's the thing. It's not an Easter egg. It's a plot point set up that will be paid off in "He's Our You". He then goes on this little self-deprecating diatribe acknowledging the critiques of his being preachy and sitting in so he could show how knowledgeable he is about the show. Interesting "deflection". But what other explanation is there for blurting out something so brazenly that the writers will address in a later scene? That type of deflection is reminiscent of the following scenario: A: Why did you do that? That was such a shitty thing to do. B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cuz I'm an asshole. That's why I do shitty things. Blah, blah, blah. Great. It's great that one can feel self-empowered and own a character flaw by mockingly deflecting it. But what it doesn't do is actually help curb the shitty things he does. If anything, it gives him permission to continue that shitty behavior with impunity. So congrats, you win...? [POTENTIAL SPOILER FOR ANYONE WATCHING THESE REACTIONS DURING A REAL-TIME VIEWING OF LOST] 8:11 Here, Suraj "reminds" the ladies that Ben got "beat up" before the flight. He quickly adds "...for some reason." He probably added this because he realized that the scene that showed how Ben sustained those injuries had not occurred yet (at least I think that's why). But here's the deal. Because that scene hadn't occurred yet, all we saw was an injured Ben on the phone telling Jack he got delayed. I guess it couldn't have been a car crash or some other accident. He had to have gotten beat up by somebody... right? Right? It's a good idea for your average veteran viewer to err on the side of caution. It's an even better idea for a veteran viewer with horrible judgment about what constitutes "spoilery" information and who has a compulsion to mansplain every detail about the show to err on the side of caution. 13:42 Here's a mansplanation as to why Sun waited to knock Ben out. Not egregious. But curious. And fitting a narrative of a compulsive need to mansplain things. He was likely answering a question someone brought up during one of his multiple viewings of this episode. 16:24 Here, Suraj points out that "Sayid's smart." Why did he say this? If he were watching this for the first time and it dawned on him that Sayid caught on and was playing along, that would've been a genuine reaction. Here, he was offering up a mansplaining nudge to make sure the ladies recognized what Sayid was up to. Nikki already picked up on that. But his mansplanation came out before either Nikki or Rana had a chance to make that observation themselves. I guess that's the side of caution on which he chooses to err. 27:40 Here is yet another example of how Suraj's presence changes the way they (at least Nikki) watches the show. Sure, it was "cute" to some, but regardless, it changes the way they (she) watch(es) the show. 28:25 Suraj issues a preemptive apology saying, "do forgive me, guys, if I do spill some things that get revealed BECAUSE this is a confusing part of the story and I just wanna make sure they..." I'm guessing he realized that he ventured into spoiler-adjacent territory. Interesting... but also telling. He's acknowledging that he was mansplaining throughout this episode. But he's making the claim that he was doing it for them so as to help them along this particularly confusing part of the storyline. That's why he did it this episode... Except that the nature of his "contributions" this episode were not too terribly different from his contributions in many past episodes. Here he mansplained a lot because it was a complicated episode. But in all the other episodes, he did the same type of mansplaining because... what again? Oh, I think he answered that question at 7:39. But he "owned" it so it's okay to keep doing it. And sometimes (like this episode) he'll even provide specific reasons.
Did you go on a rant each episode? Saw your stupid ass comments here and there but the fact that you consistently comment about your issues with men is really pathetic. Bet it took a long time writing a hate comment to people who don't care about your daddy issues. Take your womansplaining shit somewhere else.
Hi guys! I just discovered your channel recently after looking for LOST reaction videos, and I just want to say I love your reactions! :) I don’t know everyone’s name since I just discovered your channel, but something I want to say to the guy: Your behavior reminds me SO MUCH of me whenever I’m rewatching the show with a first time viewer! 😂 I try to be conscious about not giving away too much, but sometimes I just can’t help pointing out Easter eggs and clues and stuff! 😂 You’re cute, BTW ;) Also, I just wanted to ask: I know I could probably figure this out by going back and watching the rest of the reactions, and I do intend to do that, but as for now I just wanted to ask… do you guys like Kate? I can’t tell. I only ask because I have my opinions on her, and I know she’s a very controversial character, and you’re guys’s reactions to her seemed a little sus 😂 But anyways, thanks for the awesome video! :)

Well, I've only seen him in 2 others. Once Upon A Time.... the Author. At first he was ok, then he became a bit villainous. Then there was the show Cold Case (really one of my favorite shows just because of it's told in modern times for the investigation, but flashbacks for the story/crime, but also how they used music to help tell the story). Hurley leaves the island, winds up back in the hospital, while his friends get to have a nice life for a while back in Magic 70's Island. Hurley got BLITZED. "Awwww man".
I was on that Island for what felt like eternity! I'm gonna enjoy things on the other side!...
Fucking LMAO...
Locke was talking to those other passengers saying he remembered dying and recognized Ben so he's in the present with everyone else on plane
Ffs!
Hopefully sawyer will be much more mature and wont be there thinking about kate when he is with juliet (im only on episode 5x9)
Dont get me wrong, i like her but when it comes to relationships and scenes like that, she is just annoying
And again... watched the next episode and guess what? When she found out sawyer was with juliet she looked down with a sad face. So fucking annoying
Kate has her very annoying moments because she's almost always driven purely by emotion, which great sometimes and terrible other times, but the hate some reaction folks have for her is fucking absurd.
It would be so much easier to take Sawyer seriously if he wasn't so damn good looking.
Why?
Wasn't it scientifically proven that people will trust you more if you good looking?
They're all so threatened by Kate standing on the porch looking at Sawyer, LOL .. he was looking at her too .. the only way Suliet could be happy was if Kate stayed away, what does that tell you about that relationship?
But Kate waved at him! How can poor Sawyer resist such a temptress? It's not as if he has any control over his own actions. Of course, it's all Kate's fault if Sawyer still has feelings for her! Don't you know everything is Kate's fault simply because she dares to exist?
@@prettyliesuglytruth5712
ITA, all THREE of them hate Kate now?
Good grief!
This stream should be called the OverReaction.
Thanks to Ranas weird as
Nikki’s comment starting about ~23:35 mins in is an excellent prediction to Hurley being in charge
Hello Nicholas! Last week's reaction was truly some of the greatest things, I have seen in a long while!
Keep it real!
In the last reaction she actually said that her name is not Nicholas
I wish people would leave Suraj alone. He doesn't spoil the show for anyone. His comments are just fun facts, like, remember him? Or hello Nadya! This show is so mysterious and there are so many questions left unanswered that it is great to see someone so invested that they look up trivia about the show. Give the guy a break! I feel like he was gone for most of season 3 because people were bothered by his knowledge of the show. He didn't spoil anything for anyone. Get over yourselves!
I'm going to assume young Ben forgot exactly how Sayid and the others looked in the forty years that transpired before the plane crashed.
Nikki: "He is Ben!"
Ben Young: "I'm Ben".
Nikki "OH MY GOD!"
🤣🤣🤣
Seeing Sawyer so happy!😢🤗 And thriving in his leadership role. ✊ (Rana you look adorable with your hair braided.)
@@fathergabrielstokes4706 He is credited. Later on.
@@fathergabrielstokes4706 The actor's name is Francois Chau.
Vince Foster is...was...not a part of the entertainment industry,
@@DanY-gx2dv Yes, season 6.
31 minutes? looks like there should be a lot of discussion about this episode afterwards, I'm all for it
I dunno, Suraj - usually I don't mind when you fill in bits of information that Nikki and Rana might have missed.
No need for you to bring it up then right. Fucking loser
5:12 fugg
Sawyer wasn't racist. He was profiling.
"The time is so confusing in this show!"
Me, after watching "Dark": Oh, you sweet summer child!
THIS
She's confused because Sawyer's group has been in Dharma for 3 years, and the show establishes it as a 30 year difference between 1977 and 2007.
If you like time travel plots your should watch DARK. It would blow Nicholas's mind
Remember how Ben saw his dead mom at the sonic fence. Someone has had a long time to develop a loophole. Someone who is eligible to be the leader of the others. Same again having an interest in Locke. But the Runway shows the loophole was prepared for.
the Nikki and hurley friendship is meant to be
Thank you for staying facts Suraj especially when they dont notice it
Just realized Rosinski is the one who was pushing the button with that one guy before Desmond
I'm a new Normie fan, and Suraj picking fights with the comments is my favourite thing.
[POTENTIAL SPOILER FOR ANYONE WATCHING THESE REACTIONS DURING A REAL-TIME VIEWING OF LOST]
7:22 Here, Suraj out of the blue and unsolicited points out the model of the Swan in the background of the scene.
That type of deflection is reminiscent of the following scenario:
A: Why did you do that? That was such a shitty thing to do.
B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cuz I'm an asshole. That's why I do shitty things. Blah, blah, blah.
Great. It's great that one can feel self-empowered and own a character flaw by mockingly deflecting it. But what it doesn't do is actually help curb the shitty things he does. If anything, it gives him permission to continue that shitty behavior with impunity. So congrats, you win...?
[POTENTIAL SPOILER FOR ANYONE WATCHING THESE REACTIONS DURING A REAL-TIME VIEWING OF LOST]
8:11 Here, Suraj "reminds" the ladies that Ben got "beat up" before the flight.
That picture of the group from 77s was very shinningesq. They were always there haha
25:00 Uh Oh
What do you mean, Nicholas? Like a New Man In Charge?......
Hi guys! I just discovered your channel recently after looking for LOST reaction videos, and I just want to say I love your reactions! :)
I don’t know everyone’s name since I just discovered your channel, but something I want to say to the guy: Your behavior reminds me SO MUCH of me whenever I’m rewatching the show with a first time viewer! 😂 I try to be conscious about not giving away too much, but sometimes I just can’t help pointing out Easter eggs and clues and stuff! 😂 You’re cute, BTW ;)
Also, I just wanted to ask: I know I could probably figure this out by going back and watching the rest of the reactions, and I do intend to do that, but as for now I just wanted to ask… do you guys like Kate? I can’t tell.
I only ask because I have my opinions on her, and I know she’s a very controversial character, and you’re guys’s reactions to her seemed a little sus 😂
But anyways, thanks for the awesome video! :)
Man, it's such a bummer that Clancy Brown, of all his famous roles - the Kurgan, Lex Luthor, Officer Hadley, Sergeant Zim, etc. - is now just 'Detroit: Become Human Guy'.

I think one of the big reasons why Season 6 was so terrible was that BKV stopped writing for the show.
@@Melancthon7332 The writing group sort of changed every season. While Damon and Carlton were the showrunners throughout but I feel like you can tell some writers left their mark/ideas/flavour while they were there. Like you mentioned, BKV was in season 4 and 5. I felt like Javi contributed to some of those Dharma mythology stuff in Season 2. Drew Goddard (writer of Cloverfield) in s3 and 4, Jeff Pinkner of Fringe until season 3, etc. Basically, I preferred the more weird sci-fi mystery adventure feel of the show.
Well damn nikki now I see it.... 5:13
You don't remember razenski? Dude from hatch drew blast door map
To me time travel only makes sense if when the future self goes back in time they create a new timeline.
awesome reaction ! But, can someone tell me why Sun was not transported back in time with the others ?
If I remember correctly it's because she left pregnant and came back without the baby
It's because only the candidates were transported (Jack, Hurley, Kate and Sayid) to join the others (Sawyer and Jin).
That's what I was thinking about the runway thanks for explaining that Suraj i knew it was going to type it but glad you addressed it like what I commented earlier you just clarified that. Thank you Suraj thank you rana thank you Nikki no don't kill rana we love rana
Spoiler!
What I never understood is if the Man in Black has already "claimed" Lockes body and as its revealed in a few episodes by Ilana that he can't change back, why is he able to appear as Christian in this episode?
MinisterKosh He’s not stuck in the form of Locke until Jacob dies
I think that the *massive spoilers*
Death of Jacob caused MiB to have to stay in that form.
Because at this point he wasn't Lock yet, remember Lock wakes up and THEN sees a bloody beat-up Ben, so Lock wakes up AFTER Sun hit Ben, went to the barracks and met Christian
I don't think he has claimed Locke's body already. The scenes with the resurrected 'Locke' we saw a few episodes ago are something that occurs later than what was shown in this episode.
@@aaronia8092 ah! Thats why Benjamin was lying in the "hospital" bed when he was confronted by "Locke". Because Sun hit him with the paddle.

Nikki guesses too much stuff... on the nose! Hmmmm...
She's a smarty
I've noticed that...
Is the reason that Sun didn't go into the past, because she wasn't the candidate? It was Jin?
Nikki is so gorgeous 😍😍
Kate's my girl, I'll die on that mountain.
Yeah wow thank you guys we love all of you especially rana hope you're having a great day rana thank you Suraj
Why would Sun leave her baby and go to the island??
To find Jin. Same reason Kate left Aaron - to find Claire.
Soo many rendering errors in these reactions for some reason
Radzinsky and Phil... ugh
Nikki being artistic in this reaction😭
Ethan being born in 1977 doesnt work. That would make Ethan 27. How would he be a super Dr at 27? He'd still be in his residency at best. The actor doesnt look 27, more like 37.
NAMASTE........NIKKI!!!
Pour un bon Dharma!!!!

This is the episode when Sawyer ascended to #2 on my all time LOST list.
1. Hurley
2. Sawyer
3. Sayid
4. Desmond
5. Jin & Sun
This list is correct.
Suraj! You did it again. Lol hush
Dude i Really love Nikki reaction..pls bring her back.. I love u Nikki ❤️😍😍
She 100% watched the series before.... WTF shes just spoling everything
SPOILERS FROM NEAR END OF SHOW BELOW!
Is the reason only Sun didn't go back in time with the others is that she isn't a canidate. The Kiwon that is a candidate on the cave wall later is Jin?
That guy checking in Kate is always such a weasel in every show
Well, I've only seen him in 2 others. Once Upon A Time.... the Author. At first he was ok, then he became a bit villainous. Then there was the show Cold Case (really one of my favorite shows just because of it's told in modern times for the investigation, but flashbacks for the story/crime, but also how they used music to help tell the story). On an episode of Case he played a Hugh Hefner-type character who was actually a pretty decent guy.
2:41 "They're making this look so real"
Lol wtf that looks fake as hell
I don’t understand how Nikki don’t get it but it’s so funny
