  • High protein chocolate dessert cups
    1 cup High protein chocolate cereal
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
    2 tablespoons of cacao powder
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    1.5 ounces Dark chocolate
    1/2 tsp Coconut oil
    Ground your cereal and put 4 tablespoons aside . Divide the remaining of it into the bottom of your serving glasses .
    In a blender , mix the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cacao powder and vanilla extract until smooth . Pour half of it into the serving ups . Top with the remaining of the crushed cereal . Finish with the remaining Mixture .
    Melt your chocolate with the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl . Pour on top of
    the cups and refrigerate for at least 6 hours . Overnight is best .

    This has over 12 grams of protein
    And over 4.5 grams of fibre per cup
