- Alright, maybe it didn’t actually take Fred’s soul, but we’ve NEVER seen that look on his face after a pass! What caused it? The Death Trap making its (arguably) fastest pass to date while testing the new set up! It was only the 5th pass on the new set-up and Chuck claims there was immediate night and day difference.

If you listen to the Chief and Shawn show podcast, all the promods are getting kicked off the list next season and Chief will be building a new Extreme back half car.
Spirit I know that chief is already working on the car, and the crowmod will be for nhra, but I doubt the promods will be off the list though it all depends and the new murder nova isn't a promod its just 700lbs lighter than his old car

Chuck is my favorite racer on Street Outlaws. He just seems like a loyal, down-to-Earth dude, who doesn't back down from a challenge.

Can't wait until Monday to see if Chuck can stay at No. 1 on the list. Big Chief will be climbing and there's guys knocking at Chuck's door. That car is hooking and insane fast now. Wouldn't be surprised if he stays at No. 1 for awhile.

I've often wondered how okc keeps the foxbodys off the list they must have a rule no foxbodys because it's not fair I'm a Chevy guy but if u know one thing about drag racing it's foxbody mustangs with Chevy motors and a glide are the best starter kits look at any tire size class or radial or stock suspension any hooking game just like the street ps the vega and reaper are my fav cars loves me some vega but I think Shane should build a 74 wagon this time and every car guy in the world loves a 69 camero

From what I've seen, Plan B is a pretty fast car. For Chuck to be able to be right next to him all the way is saying something. once he gets the car figured out watch out! looking forward to it.

jon doe nah, I'll take a 1994 Supra. Go big twins and big tire. A 2JZ with big twin turbos will run 7's all day. The R35's can run fast but they need alot of help to even run 8's. But no, find me one that's faster than Chuck's FoxBody.
His big tire car is a 2005 s197 back half car with carbon tubs.

Ask BoostedGT, Bennett Racing, John Hennessy, or any legitimate Engines Builder in the world what properly built Ford Motors capable of. Including John Mihovetz/ACCUFAB Racing making 3500 HP with an '99 OEM 4.6L block, and OEM 5.4L Mod Motor heads running 5.83 at 255+ MPH in the 1/4 in his twin turbo NHRA comp Eliminator/Pro Mod Ford Mustang. Reliably making 3000 or 4000 HP with small, and big block Ford engines isn't as expensive or hard as people think it is. Especially considering certain years of the Ford Mod Motors are just as strong as any Billet racing engine of similar size. You can't say that about any OEM GM engine period. When John Mihovetz makes 3500 HP with a '99 OEM 4.6L Ford Mustang Cobra block, and 5.4L DOHC Mod Motor heads without a single engine failure in 20 years, there's not much you can say about that. '90's Lincoln Dual Port B Lincoln heads that can be found in junkyards all over the country can flow just as much as the Ford GT heads John uses now for durability reasons and, cost next to nothing according to John Mihovetz who used them for a very long time He and also used them to make 3000 HP with an OEM Mustang Cobra crank before switching to a custom Bryant crank that is easier and bearings. Still waiting on the first OEM LS or Billet aluminum LSX powered anything to run a 5 in the 1/4 mile LOL. John Mihovetz/ACCUFAB Racing just keep going faster every year with OEM parts. Nobody can show me a LS anything that makes 3500 HP, and runs a five-second ET in the 1/4. If you could we would have already all seen it LOL.
