If heaton wants to eat meat ethically, seafood especially shellfish are very ethical, especially if you forage or fish it yourself, easier than hunting
A physician recently told me that one of the main effects of ozympic and related drugs is that it slows your digestive system. She said that when people go on the drug it reduces hunger by helping you feel full longer. She also said that if people don't reduce their calorie intake and increase their water intake it can result in problems with constipation because it takes longer for everything to work its way through the digestive track to the end. So I think Jen is right to have some concerns that this drug is not well understood by the average consumer and there are some potential side effects (the severity probably varies) that will impact people if they don't make other changes to their eating habits and calorie intake.
Heaton, since you're going to only be eating what you kill I have to recommend the book The Mindful Carnivore by Tovar Cerulli. Its a vegetarian-turned-meat eater's thoughts as he decided to follow a similar route as you and only eat meat from an animal he killed, its an interesting read.
