Products due to release on a phased basis between July & November 2024.
I'm so glad someone is finally doing something like this. The price of these glorified button-boxes from other manufacturers have been prohibitively expensive. Will be watching how this goes with great interest!
The reason it's been expensive is because they're highly customised items, and the quantities of production have been low. It takes someone with some deep pockets and experience, along with a hungry market to do the R&D and sort out the manufacturing (Winwing are Chinese, which really helps there) so that they can make it at an affordable price. And we're only now getting to a point where the market demand is big enough to justify it.
I’ve been using winwings products for a few years and I’ve had zero issues. Previously I had thrustmaster and Logitech flight gear. Not going back anytime soon.
Same. WinWing’s gear is very robust if used correctly.
Same here.
I second that. I have 2 bases and their amazingvA3XX stick (might be discontinued). That stick is virtually the real thing, in feel and looks. Premium product, top quality.
I’d be all in on Wingwing but I unfortunately do not have the space for all the peripherals. However the pricing is so good I’m tempted to just make it work 😅.
Overhead panel seems to be the trickiest for the home simmer and builder. But I bet they do it.
fisher price toys LOL. had me chuckling there.
winwing is about to DOMINATE the market at this price point!
I always wanted a homecockpit or atleast the main panels irl. Sadly it was to expensive, wingwing is 100% getting my money for all the airbus products!
brilliant mark hope your well sir
I can’t believe we’re getting affordable panels like the FMC for Boeing and Airbus, radio panels and more! It was always painful to see other brands ask 10x the price for it. I really hope winwing will bring out more Boeing panels though 🙏
I was also at the show and am also impressed with these products. Winwing will definitely be getting my money for the Boeing MCP and EFIS panels. They are plastic but feel very solid and durable. The buttons and knobs likewise, and their action is smooth and precise.
Agreed
Definitely up for the Boeing set.
They're going to sell tons of these at this price point. I don't even fly airliners that much and I'll pick some of these up. We'll see if the availability can keep up with the demand.
Been waiting for my FCU for over two months now. Bit of a long wait. Thanks for the vid.
same, and on the website it says ETA: >45 days, looks like we wont have it for a while
I got my shipping notice yesterday after 2 and a half months wait.
@@andyholmes9485 jeez, i ordered mine in march and have no news of it, hope it comes soon
@@andyholmes9485 hopefully I'll get mine soon, ordered it in March
@@andyholmes9485 where did u order yours from? Was it UK?
Incredible!
Amazing products. MCDU price is reasonable❤
Let’s be honest, the encoders on the FCU don’t feel amazing, but at this price I don’t expect them to be, they are ok and will do for me, plus I prefer full size, so I’ll be adding the other panels as soon as they release them.
cool
might buy the a320 stuff. dont know though
(only if its the same colour as thrustmaster!)
They are not. The FCU is a little darker than the TM stuff.
Super interesting items. Ill be getting that Boeing CP.
Me too 😊
But does it work with 737, 747, and new 777 and will it work with 757?
Cant wait!!! the MCDU will be great. Wanted one for years but the prices have been to high!!! I really hope Winwing do well.
Nice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Mark, always appreciated and enjoyed! 😊🍻
I love their FCU but the CDU/MCDU have soft keys. This is far from the hard keys found in the thing. I would pay extra for Hard keys.
I was at the show as well. My only concern with the MCDU/CDU are the quality of the buttons. They seemed to stick a little bit when pressed. Overall you can’t beat the price.
Cdu for about £130 yes please...
LOL good luck getting any of it.
I noticed the F/O EFIS looks discolored a tad
My wife/partner says I have enough flight simulator peripherals 😆 and I'm bably good eh 🇨🇦
BTW, I pre-ordered the Winwing FCU in April - got a confirmation mail. But never heard from them since. Has it already been released now?
Ordered mine mid April and got one week ago.
@@dreamliner5112 Great to hear. I hope it's pretty. Are you based in the EU (as me)?
@@themorethemerrier281 Yes. Germany…
Its an amazing piece of hardware. At least for me😉
Did they discuss any 777 elements?
Not at this time.
Is everything 1:1 scale?
According to the developer, yes.
That is really nice! Thank you for the answer.
If they made a Boeing panel that worked for all Boeings… I’d buy it !!! I don’t want to be pigeon holed into one airplane .
They cant release the EIFS fast enough for me 😁
They are going to dominate. This stuff was always way over priced for what it cost to make
I want to buy a flight sim cockpit from Boeing's training school. How much?
You should be able to pick one up for the bargain price of USD 375 000, excluding software.
@@SimHangerFS that's not bad, i thought it would cost $1m or something.
Winwing’s website doesn’t even open. My web security flags it as a suspicious website
Hi Mark quick question im upgrading my pc and i would like to know from you or your great cominity if these specs are good enough ? Intel Core i9-12900KF, Nvidia RTX 4080 Super 16GB, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 750W 80+ PSU, Wi-Fi, Liquid Cooling, Windows 11, Ark RGB
Iv got another 2tb drive so memory isnt a problem
Im currently running I5 cpu and rtx 2060 super
Thanks in advance
Spec is good 👍
I don't see any of these on the website, so until listed its Vaporware
As mentioned in the video, releasing phased over remaining 2024
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
😂
Great product But poor that you can’t actually get any of them. Epic fail
Any update on when they might actually make some ffs
No fail…as mentioned in the video these products will release on a phased basis between now and year end.
I ordered the FCU in April this year and I received it last week here in the UK. Great bit of kit for the price point!
Expensive?! Well if you don't factor in manufacturing, labor and overhead costs - then some how squeak out a profit that would make the whole idea worth it, then yes - It is expensive. Like everything else in life, there is a price point set and a number of people that can afford that price point.
