    Really digging all your recipes. As someone who is wildly overweight at the moment but has in the past been totally shredded and aesthetic AF with good size. Having some recipes like yours in the cookbook really make dieting down much easier.

    • @ethanpaff
      @ethanpaff  6 месяцев назад

      The internet says 1-2 months if stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. When I make it for a week long work trip I take it with me in a ziplock bag. That bag gets abused and the jerky sits in the hot truck at length. In those conditions I don’t like eating it beyond a week. It starts to taste stale, if that makes sense. But when I eat it at home I keep it in a jar or ziplock bag in the fridge and 1-2 months sounds about right to me. Except it never lasts that long lol.

    "PER SERVING:
    (Data coming soon)"
    How many pieces is a serving?

    • @ethanpaff
      @ethanpaff  6 месяцев назад

      Whoops I dropped the ball on this 😂.
      It’s really up to you how much is a serving. Doing some quick math, 4 pounds of raw pork tenderloin equates to roughly 368 grams of protein, 40 grams of fat, 16 grams of carbs, and 1,920 calories, in total. If you make that 20 servings, you’re looking at 18 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat, 1 grams of carbs, and 96 calories.
      How many pieces of jerky is that in total? That depends on how you slice the pieces. But you’re looking at maybe 28 grams or 1oz, roughly, for one serving as described above. My guess is that is between 2 and 4 average pieces, so like 3.
